I bought a recording pen from them which cost over £100 which was faulty upon receipt. I emailed them several times about it which took several days to be actioned.

I have now been contacted and I am awaiting a replacement pen.

Further to my previous review, I was contacted by Chris from AV10 who explained that my refund had not been processed due to complications during the Covid period. I have now received the refund together with a complimentary gift for any inconvenience caused.

I placed an order on June 16th which was cancelled by this company on June 19th because they did not have the goods. The order was charged at the time it was placed. I e mailed them on July 7th to say that I had not received my refund. I did not receive a reply and to date, August 8th, have not received my refund. I have written to them again today but felt that people should be aware of my bad experience amongst what would seem to be a host of good reviews. I do hope there will be a positive end to this but their e mail silence does not give me much encouragement to expect it.

I sent my Cocktail Audio X10 to them for repair. I received it back just over a week later fully functioning. While they had the unit I was kept informed of progress through regular emails. In short, a prompt and excellent service that I would recommend to anyone.

Purchased via Ebay a Brino Time Lapse Camera to record a house build in Ireland. As it was to be posted 'overseas' I expected to have to wait but I was very pleasantly surprised to get my parcel within 3 days. I also appreciated the status of order emails that kept me well informed during the short waiting period. I would order from this company again.

I had a problem with my media streamer and trid for weeks to get it fixed. Spent money on so called audio repair experts and came away with Nada. Called these guys and although there was no sale I. It for them they bent over backwards to help. Without them I would still be pulling my hair out. I was on at my wits end and these guys came riding in and saved the day. Great communication and patients to deal with a non tech person. Cannot recommend them enough. If its broken don't go anywhere else until you have talked with these guys. A1 *****

I made an enquiry to AV10 to purchase a product from this company. Koby on the phone was very helpful and fully understood my requirement, and gave me a precise advice. The product looks very solid, and the price was cheapest in the market.

Received great advice from AV10 by e mail and phone, and when I sent my Cocktail X10 to them for attention they were so helpful. On top of everything is the fact that the Cocktail is a superb piece of kit and I have already bought an extra one for my son. Truly recommended.

Good sound, i had some problems with the cd-player after ripping a cd. Good after sales servicse, helps me to solve the problem.

i recently bought a Cocktail Audio X10 product through AV10, was really impressed with the value when compared to several other sites. I was also then impressed with the speed of service quality of delivery and after sales communications. I will certainly be checking them out again when considering other AV purchases.

I ordered a Cocktail Audio X10 500GB from AV10 and it was sent very promptly and was received in good order in a very secure box. So far it has loaded 60 CDs with little trouble. Play back on WAV recordings is good quality.

I bought a reconditioned AV10 but it soon stopped working. I phoned AV Audio video who immediately diagnosed a faulty hard drive, had it picked up an hour later and returned it working perfectly within 3 days. It's when things go wrong that you discover the true worth of a company and I feel that AV Audio video passed with flying colours. Their product is also very good though not quite to the same level of hi-fi as my previous sound system. That it looks smart and take up much less space while storing my 1000 CD collection more than compensates.

Fast delivery of goods - although the first one (Cocktail Audio X10) was faulty, this was handled by support, and a new one dispatched speedily.

When I was having a problem ripping some of my CDs on my new cocktail Audio X30 AV10 stepped into the breach and sorted me out.
The ripping process is still ongoing, but it is so much easier to access what I have converted so far and to play it back through the digital coax output as if I were listening to the original CDs on my existing hi fi system.
I'm saving the fifth star for when the whole CD collection has been ripped.

Cocktail Audio X10 which was just about 12 months old developed a couple of faults. Contacted AV10 who acted promptly, asked a couple of questions re the fault. It was obviously nothing that could be dealt with at distance and requested I return the unit.
I posted it off on Saturday and by the following Wednesday, whether a new unit or my old unit repaired I do not know but whichever it was delivered to me
It works fine.
Excellent service, a company I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
