OK, Until There's a Problem !
They may be ok until something goes wrong and you are entitled to a refund.
I had to put a claim in through paypal because I was being told I would get a full refund. 2 weeks later still no refund!! I did get my money back but only through having to make a paypal claim.
I have used AV.Com before and everything was fine but after this experience all I can assume is all is fine until one has a problem.
Will be looking elsewhere in future.

Great Experience
Really good. Appreciated the product I was buying wasn’t out just yet and yes there were unexpected delays but they let me know and if I needed clarification they emailed me back almost instantly with detail.

I chose A.V.com because I love a bargain
I chose A.V.com because I love a bargain and when looking online for a new speaker I saw the one I wanted at a much cheaper price with A.V. I checked the reviews for the company to make sure it was legit and I wasn't going to be scammed.
I was pleasantly surprised to see so many good reviews and I went ahead and purchased the speaker I wanted.
The communication from A.V was brilliant I was told when the speaker had been dispatched and which delivery company had it and I was able to track it.
I made my order later in the day so didn't meet the nxt day delivery but it was promptly delivered the day after so I waited just 2 days.
I am over the moon with my speaker but I expect my neighbours are not!
The service I received from start to finish was excellent and I would not hesitate to use A.V.com again.
Thank you all so much for such a great service. I cannot recommend you enough :-)
