Extremely disaOne side of the mirror exploded after just 6 months – no response from the companyppointed and concerned…

Extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of this bathroom mirror. It is a double-sided mirror, and after only around six months of normal use, one side of the mirror exploded.

This is not only disappointing for a product that should be durable, but also raises serious concerns about safety. Thankfully, nobody was injured, but having a mirror suddenly explode in a bathroom is completely unacceptable.

I contacted the company twice to report what happened and request a resolution, but I have received no response whatsoever.

I expected a product like this to last considerably longer than six months, and I would also expect the company to take a safety-related failure seriously and respond to a customer.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service. I would think very carefully before purchasing from this company.
