Autumn and May Reviews 

Not having purchased anything from Autumn and May before, I was a bit apprehensive in buying my first purchase and did consider more established providers.

However I am so glad that I did take the plunge, as the pendant I brought to wear to my son's wedding was exactly as described and so beautifully presented and the speed of delivery and customer after service was excellent. The care information was also very helpful.

I would not hesitate to recommend Autumn and May to friends and family.

We went in to get an earring we bought a year ago, repaired. They then came back to us stating that would be easier to replace it FOC as opposed to repairing it.
Great shop with great products and staff.

I went to the shop to have some earrings repaired. The person in charge at the lovely shop was very attentive, competent and very kind. He explained what had to be done to my broken earrings, how much it would cost and when would it be ready to collect. A few days later he texted saying that the earrings were ready. The work was perfectly done and also they cleaned the jewel. I was well impressed and will return when needed.

Owner has great knowledge of jewelry. Helped me decide whether to go ahead with altering ring width. Very happy with result.

I recently had a piece of jewellery repaired by them ,I was kept updated on the costs and given 2 quotes so that I could go with the one I was happiest with. The work was carried out in the time given and to a very high standard .
This was the second time I have had a repair carried out with them,on two separate items, I would not hesitate to use them again .

Friendly staff and quick turnaround

Very helpful staff who gave us good advice, then acted upon our decision in a timely manner.
They repaired, refurbished and then re-set an old, family ring. Work was carried out to a high standard and was reasonably priced.

I had a stone replaced in my ring. The staff were very friendly and i was really happywith the results. They were also very honest which I appreciated I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had sadly lost the emerald from my bespoke wedding ring. After it becoming cracked and dull after 11 years of constant wearing. I asked them to replace the emerald so it again mirrored my husbands.
The end result is the ring I first received 11 years ago. It was lovely seeing it complete and renewed again. Would definitely recommend. They did an amazing job.

I had a great experience with Autumn and May! They offer a lovely selection of jewellery at competitive prices. I found a stunning amber ring (and ended up buying two!) and also a stylish necklace as a gift, both beautifully crafted and well presented. The customer service was exceptional—kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt, and the items arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic shop for quality jewellery, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Four stars!

I had my mum's engagement ring resized to fit me with Autumn and May. They did a marvellous job, faster than quoted which was a nice surprise. Communication was excellent. The ring looked brand new on return as they had cleaned and polished it up. The person who handled it was lovely too, although I forgot to ask his name.

What a fantastic company. I ordered a beautiful Celtic knot wedding band. It was made to order and sent via Royal Mail Special delivery. Royal Mail "lost" it and it never arrived. Isac at Autumn and May was excellent. He organised a completely new ring to be made and liaised with me to be in when the second ring arrived. It was lovely and fitted perfectly. I am made up with the ring and cannot fault the customer service of Isaac and Autumn and May.

My engagement ring was a bit too big for me. They fixed my ring before xmas. Very quick, effective, amazing customer service! Really recommend them!!❤️

I had quite a valuable vintage ring resized and everything went really well. The resizing was done in good time and the ring now fits me perfectly. I would highly recommend this service from Autumn and May.

I took a ring with huge sentimental value to Autumn and May to be reshanked, after wearing it for 20 years.

I'm extremely happy with the results - the ring looks like new and I'm reassured I can continue wearing it without it breaking.

The service was friendly and professional, and Isac stayed in communication with me throughout. The process took about 4 weeks, but I think that might be slightly longer than usual as my ring was a bit of a tricky one.

I've been shopping at Autumn and May for many years, buying presents large and small and the odd piece for myself. They have a great range of lovely pieces at prices to suit everyone. They fixed a ring that got trodden on and remade a necklace that was out of date really well. Recently, I ordered a gift voucher for a friend.
