This company, the owner, Debbie and her staff, have the highest of morals and will look after you with both care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough.

If anyone has ever had to place an elderly relative into care, they will know that it is a very fraught process. As well as managing an extremely emotional situation, there has been no easy way to assess which is the right care home, and if the right care home is identified, finding out if they have space for your loved one has been an archaic process.

Autumna, headed up by the excellent Debbie Harris (who has years of experience in advising families which care home would be right for their relative) fills this gap. They provide recommendations based on where they know the most appropriate care would be provided, and importantly do not take any referral fees for these recommendations. Quite simply, because they care so much about what they do, they find the right care home, as easily as possible, and with no other incentive than wanting complete client satisfaction.

I could not recommend them highly enough, and would not turn anywhere else the next time I need to make a fundamental decision on where my relatives would be most happy.
