Very friendly, did not try to sell insurances I did not need. Car almost new and in good condition, free upgrade, though it is a mixed blessing to drive a large car in southern Italy :-)
Return fast and without problems, signalization of the return position could be clearer

Good honest service. No pushing to buy extra stuff, no discovery of 'new damage' on the cars, will definitely rent again from then.

Everything worked out fine. We ordered a SEAT but got only a FIAT 500 XL. No big deal. Pickup and return was flawless, I´d recommend Autovia and would book with them again.

Great Car, Smooth Process, and Truly Kind Staff
Had a great experience with Autovia at Lamezia Airport. The car was in excellent condition, everything worked perfectly, and there were no hidden surprises or issues.
What really stood out was the lady behind the counter — she was human, sympathetic, and genuinely helpful. It made all the difference after a long travel day. There was even some flexibility when we needed it, which is rare and very appreciated.
Would definitely use Autovia again and highly recommend them to others. It’s reassuring to know that good service still exists in car rentals!
