As always, Autovía is perfect...amazing service and car
As always, renting a car through autovía is always a pleasure.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and polite, due to a reshuffle in the car vehicle park i have been upgraded for free to a superior tier of the car and got a brand new VW TRoc automatic.
The car worked really good and fine and very smooth.
When giving back the car, the girl at the counter did a great and fast job; in less than 2 minutes I was discharged and went to the terminal.
Strongly recommended.

AVOID AUTOVIA AT ALL COST
AVOID AUTOVIA AT ALL COST! Worst car rental ever. Very unfriendly staff, old cars & at return the guy didn't even try to disguise he was scamming us by claiming damage to the windscreen; he walked straight to a so called damage, impossible to see, and just happened to handily have a bottle of window wash fluid at hand, which of course didn't help. Now they want € 842,- for a new windscreen, at utter scam. Be warned! They have 2 review sections on trustpilot, so be sure you check both. The 4 star here is quite different from the 1.3 star on the other page; all consistent with their scam policies.

not correct company!! takes your deposits for damage you didn't do! Do not use this company if you are a foreigner! I am currently writing a complaint to the European Consumer Center with photo proof! I will upload the whole case here soon!
