Ford Kuga instrument clocks repair

Autotronics was very helpful even from the first phone call to the lady on reception explaining what we needed to do and how long the turn around would be roughly 2/3 days,but to our surprise the young lady on reception actually made it a priority job as we needed the car for Monday for work and we dropped these off Wednesday and had a phone call Thursday morning for collection saying all was fixed/tested.cannot recommend this company enough fast brilliant service very polite

Tricky one this, but overall I’m happy

Tricky one this, I had an Audi Bose amp repair by Autotronics. Great initial communication and Amp was back reasonably quickly. Fitted to car, worked for 5 minutes and failed again. Returned under their warranty and returned again in 2 weeks. Now working fine. I would have liked an explanation of the repairs performed and why it failed after the repair. So although I am now happy it has taken a lot of effort. On the positive side there was no issue with their warranty, it’s a good company to deal with.

Service in British Columbia, Canada

I live in British Columbia, Canada. I have a German import VW T4 Syncro. My instrument cluster failed completely. No parts or service available in North America. Autotronics organised prompt return shipping (DHL) and repair. they kept me updated with the repair and progress. Excellent service throughout.

First class service *****

When you find a company on the internet you’re a little bit wary about it. I can honestly say Autotronics could not have done more. The website was very good and easy to navigate. When I sent my part to be repaired, there communication was excellent and constantly updated. My part was repaired within 2 days and returned the next day by DHL. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend.

Wow what a delight to deal with

Wow what a delight to deal with. Very helpful person on the phone when i called to enquire about the possible repair. Then when i dropped the item off an hour later they promised to look at it the same day as i needed the part for my car as going on holiday in a few days. Less than 4 hours later they called to say they had repaired it item and did i want to collect it or for them to post it back to me. I opted for collection as they are only 30 mins away. I honestly didnt think the item would have been repaired the same day.

QUICK HONEST PEOPLE

THOUGHT WE HAD A ECU FAULT, AUTOTRONICS CONFIRMED THE UNIT WAS SOUND, ADVISED TO CHECK COIL PACKS, AUTOTRONICS, COULD HAVE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE ECU, AND CHARGED US OVER THREE TIMES AS MUCH,AS THEY DID, THEY DIDN'T, THE PICKUP,- TO CHECK ECU, - THEN RETURN POSTAGE,[ BOTH OVERNIGHT, PICKUP AND RETURN ] TOTAL OF SIX DAYS, SO SUPER QUICK TURNAROUND , AS WELL AS, GREAT COMS,HONEST AND QUICK, WHAT MORE COULD WE ASK FOR,WELL DONE AUTOTRONICS. WE WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. ******
