We have just used Direct Express to move our cars from Tennessee to Cleveland and could not be happier. They were very good at collecting it bon time and delivering per the agreed schedule.

I was referred to direct auto express by someone in a Facebook group who had a great experience. I went online made a booking for my car to be picked up at the end of the month. The day before pickup, I called to confirm and they told me everything was on track. The day of pickup the driver called to let me know he would be there in 30 mins. He showed up right on time and he was really reassuring and knowledgeable. ( I asked many questions) Told me my car would get to GA the next day(from Florida) and he called to let me know when he reached the destination of drop off. The driver was super friendly and very helpful. I would totally recommend direct express auto transport from the online booking to the customer service when you call on the phone they are very helpful. No surprise charges, no issues.

When we purchased a law enforcement vehicle in Minnesota, we were somewhat at a loss as to how to get it to the Bellingham Washington area where it could be transported to Alaska where we are located. Our Direct Express Auto Transport customer service representative, Jessie made the process simple for us to accomplish, and so rapid that the vehicle arrived at the delivery destination almost before we were ready to receive. We will definitely be using again.

I used Direct Express Transport 3 times in a row, when I thought who really need to transport their cars. First I used from Austin to Milwaukee and back again. This time Austin to Atlanta. This industry is notorious for bad experiences. But this company stood out with really good customer service. Pretty much everything was upfront on the site. All the drivers on 3 occasions went extra mile to accommodate on both sending and receiving side. Roman, the driver with my 228889 order, was totally awesome. Same with Jessie the rep on my order. 5 stars from me.

I purchased the service to ship my mom's car from Florida to Boston, couldn't be more happy. Super smooth and fast process. They pick up the car in the day that we set up and deliver so fast that I still can't believe it. Trustful and serious company. I really recommend to any one that is seeking for a car shipping.

I have used direct express auto transport 2 times now and had a great experience each time! They are timely and try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible! The drivers they choose are reliable, trustworthy, and have always delivered my car very faster (one time even faster than I arrived in the city!). I will use them every time I have to deliver my car to another part of the US!

Excellent service from Direct Express Auto Transport! They are the best auto transport company in the nation!

This was my first time having a vehicle shipped to me from another state, as I usually will fly out and drive it back. I have to say that if I need to ship one again I will, and use Direct Express Auto Transport without a doubt. Within a short amount of time placing my order a driver was assigned, and then showed up at the dealer the very next day for pick up. Got the car in just 3 days, and it was in great shape. The driver was very kind, and extremely helpful. The peace of mind was definitely worth the cost.

Direct express auto did a fabulous job in moving my vehicle. They were on time and very professional throughout the entire process. They were also very flexible as I needed to alter my pick up location a couple of miles. I would recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The carrier arrived early, was courteous, professional and demonstrated a strong sense of customer service. I would definitely use again!

These guys are extremely professional & also reasonably priced. From the moment I spoke to Kelly I felt like I was dealing with the right company.. Car was picked up in Irvine CA exactly when they said it would be & dropped off in Bethesda MD on time. I was nervous deciding who to use to transport my car but these guys did a great job . I would recommend them to anyone considering shipping a car. .
