A really useful website with a big discount compared to local prices in Croatia

I am very pleased with the quality of service. The only thing I don't like is that I can't see when ordering where the part was made and I can see it only after receiving the order. This is very important to me, I don't want to buy parts made in China, Turkey, etc., even if it's a German brand.

So glad I found this company. Not only do they make a great product but when I lost a couple of small parts they helped me replace them. Great service and such helpful staff.

Just a brilliant service, item came very well packaged and securely bundled. Delighted.

Unfortunately the part came without Installation material, seller has contacted the company and confirmed that the item no longer will be delivered with Installation material.
So for that i received a small refund and ordered the installation material on eBay.

I bought two alternators from profile(car-parts.ie)autodoc, and the ones that were sent by mail were not the brand I ordered, so I have to return them. Then the alternator purchased at autoteile-markt.de was mailed to the brand I ordered, and it has been installed and working for 3 days so far.

About the only improvement to your service I might suggest would be an english language version of the site but this is really a very minor thing - easy enough to translate these days using a browser and I realise the vast majority of your customers will be German.
