Excellent from start to finish regarding online product/sale.
Delivery was quick as it was coming from Europe to Ireland but was able to track all the way so no need for follow up on delivery times etc.
Product was as stated and now our car is running perfect because of it.
Highly recommend this company for product buy and delivery transparency to our door.

Don't order in a hurry
Don't order in a hurry. Operations seem to be from a private home address even though the image portraid is that of a large oranisation, Chosing to pick up from their address if in a hurry will leave your in limbo too.
Unlikely to do business them again. Unreliable.

We do not ship to the UK. Where this review is from. This person has never been able to purchase anything from us in the UK.

This review is may be from someone who bought from us outside the UK and did not read the terms and conditions. Every customer is valuable to us. We automatically send an email to every customer to review our business on TRUSTPILOT. We have no chance to defend ourselves in a relevant way against people who do not provide any information about themselves or the order. We send dozens of shipments a day and have mostly only positive reviews.
Lightening fast service
Excelent service. The order was dispached in record time and the part is in good condition, as described online. The shipping had a setback but the Autotech24 costumer service solved the problem by contacting the GLS. Autotech24 answered my email imediately. I wish every online store was this commited to costumer satisfaction

Replacement part recieved
According to the site info the part we needed was avalable but we recieved a diverent part. It fits but was not what we ordered.
So Autotech24 is not happy with my review and reacted in a very unfriendly responce. According to there terms and conditions, who read those, it's ok to send a replacement part. So they advertise with the original part nummer but send a replacement with the same quality what I doubt. I am still happy with the delivery but will not order again. Now knowing there terms and conditions.
Autotech24 is still angry about the review and wants to hear about shipping and packaging. As you which, the box was badly dent and GLS shipped the package to the wrong depot. So the order arrived almost 5 day later than advertized. The weight of the new speakers is about half the weight of the original ones. So I expect the power they can handle will be much lower than the original ones.
And above all yesterday 1 speaker stopt playing a couple off times. Hopefully this will not happen again because I expect a warrenty claim will be out of the question.

Point six of the terms and conditions says this ------ we reserve the right to send a part that replaces the ordered reference. The spare part delivered by us will completely replace the original reference------ . This is for people like you who don't understand and order items by reference numbers instead of manufacturer ordering numbers. Your unflattering review is not sparaved. You don't read the terms and conditions.
Should we be friendly? You're giving bad reviews. You got an original part that would be a newer replacement direct from CITROEN PEUGEOT. Why don't you write how fast you got the goods from the Czech Republic to the Netherlands? How were the goods packaged? You are complaining about something you don't understand.

You ordered the goods on 9.1. On 10.1 we shipped and sent the tracking number and invoice to email robbie.young81@-----.--- . Please check your spam folder. Any reasonable person would have contacted the seller first for an explanation, and not harm with a negative review.
