Item used,not new,partly not functioning
Item was obiously used,not new,as there was dirt (and a dead fly) inside,and two lamps were blackened and not working. As I fastened the screws,the red reflector cover came loose,revealing the dirt, I had to clean everything and use superglue to put it back on...
