Where a pre-owned perpetual licence is offered, it is supplied subject to the applicable transfer conditions and available documentation. How ordering works: you choose your product and pay through an encrypted GBP checkout handled by Stripe, with card and express payment options. Once payment is confirmed, your order is reviewed manually and the licence information and setup instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. If anything needs clarifying, we contact you before fulfilment rather than after. Support does not stop at delivery.
