I took out a plan for roughly £335 a year . I have a used lease car. The cover is literally brake fluid a “check up” and oil change and MOT . MOT roughly £50 so the rest easily covered in £335. Previously I had cover with another company and covered much more like brake pads for instance. I am struggling to see what any benefits are to having this plan . The customer service is very good however so the 2 stars are for the them . Not the product
Very efficient service
Autoserve provide a great service. Today, similar to a previous occasion, I had to call them as I was unable to book my car into the preferred garage. Jackie Jones was very efficient, taking just a few details before assuring me that she would follow it up immediately. A few minutes later, I received confirmation from the garage and from Jackie that my car was booked in. Great service!

Jackie at Autoserve was fantastic. She was incredibly polite and helpful with my booking. She even went the extra mile to ensure my Peugeot appointment was properly booked despite a double booking. She managed to sort it out and make sure both appointments weren’t cancelled.

I rang as I'm not very happy with the autoserve booking portal. I attended a service appointment ay a Quik Fit garage but they had no record of my appointment so they could not do the service.
I rang as I'm not very happy with the autoserve booking portal. I was supposed to have a service today but when I arrived at the garage they had no record of me, despite me receiving confirmation of the appointment through autoserve. I have also had issues with appointments being confirmed and then cancelled OR appointments being cancelled but the booking actually still being live.
However, Jackie Jones was very helpful and managed to secure a service for this week. She followed up the call promptly with emails. She also confirmed she would raise my concerns within the business which I appreciated.

The whole process of reporting my…breakdown
The whole process of reporting my breakdown and getting back on the road was handled very efficiently. The lady dealing with my call (Charlotte) was extremely helpful and courteous and kept me informed of progress, as did the breakdown man who came out from Ford Assist who was very knowledgeable and got me back up and running in no time.
