These covers are absolutely amazing. They fit perfectly, are stunning, and worth the effort to install. Communication is incredible. They take a bit to make and ship, but being custom made to my vehicle made the short wait worth every minute. Don't waste money on some other brand. Buy these.

Auto Seat Zone made the Process Easy!!
Auto Seat Zone made the designing and buying process easy. The product that we received was top notch and very well built. Instructions could be a bit more complete with tips and tricks included. If I wasn't handy and had experience with interiors, it may have been a daunting task. It did take the full 6weeks to actually receive my set, but I also purchased around the holidays which I am sure is a busy season. They really need to offer a sample set of their threads and swatches as I am sure that has scared away potential customers. Add a couple dollars to each set to offset the free samples.

No customer service after the sale
No customer service after the sale. What I ordered came in orange as opposed to red . We have all experienced color variations in appearance based on the device you are using to shop. So almost $500 spent on something I won’t install and they have completely ignored the emails I have sent asking for some sort of resolution. Possibly a discount on another set of covers in the color I want and thought I was ordering. Crickets.

The product itself is outstanding, they fit tight and secure. Look outstanding, seem to be high quality. They are a bear to install, even if you are mechanically inclined as I am. Durability will remain to be seen as I just installed. The bad is it took over two months to receive, don’t be in a hurry.

Experience was awful. I 100% wish I had gone with a different company. I still don't have my seat covers that I ordered in December. This process has been slower than government. I am so disappointed that I really don't even want to install these when or if they arrive. 4-6 weeks has now been turned into 13 weeks and counting.
