I wish I could rate a 0

I wish I could rate a 0. If it seems too good to be true...it most likely is. Booked a car that was half the hoi g rate on other sites only to arrive to ATL airport and be redirected to some offsite facility that does not answer the phone. They would not rent a car to locals so I ended up having to rebook with another company at the last minute.

I have been searching for an SUV and I went through few online sites, I have decided to go with AutoRentals.com I am happy that they are answering all my questions professionally and even guided me to right people to deal with my questions. Worst AutoRental Company

Worst ever they charge me for something I didn’t do and then they didn’t wanna hear what I had to say then the manager came out and said 150 but turn around and charge a $250 I will never recommend anyone and I use the car for 5hrs max I totally understand why they are still in business RIP OFF!!!!!!!

I book a car rental though a AutoRentals during one of their special price sales. The price was fantastic for a 2 week car rental in California. We originally priced it out using Costco at close to $1,500. AutoRentals was approximately $800 dollars less expensive. It was a great sale, with cars staring at $5.00 per day rental.. A few days later, I reported the great news to my husband and handed him the reservation and he found that I had unintentionally booked the rental dropping it off at San Francisco Airport instead of San Diego. Whoops. I called the rental car company and they indicated that since I booked through AutoRentals, I needed to reach out to them. So I sent a request, explaining what I had done and received not only amazing service, but the rental came in $130 less for the two weeks. They honored the sale price!!! plus with dropping it off at a different airport, we saved an additional $130. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you AutoRentals. Marilyn from Michigan

Scam alert ....

Scam alert ..... beware.... they lost my reservation! Was totally screwed at Tampa airport.Had to book on the spot and pay crazy Christmas holiday prices . Only used the car a few times during the week . Could not even contact them over the phone . AVOID at all costs ! ! !

awful service from autoRentals

I called the rental car provider once I get at the airport YYZ(viscount station) as mentioned in the itinerary. and tried to connect with them, but nobody answered my call. it was 8:30 PM EST and on the itinerary, it is mentioned that the rental car provider opens until 9:30 PM. then I contact to AutoRentals at 8:55 PM and got to know they are already closed. then I requested to get me a rental car from another rental car provider, but the customer service representative did not help me, only told me about refunding.

it was so awful service from a company like autorentals.

I booked a truck

I booked a truck. I went all the way to where it was on public transportation one city over, just for the car rental place to tell me they didn't have what I requested. It was a waste of three hours of my life. I have never had this issue with booking a rental through a third party, and I was very disappointed and agitated. Esp since I've Lso purchased insurance, and have to cancel that through a whole other process. Dont waste your time with the cheap price trap.

Rented in Miami

Rented in Miami, FL thru AutoRental Comp from Corpusa, on 3947 NW 26th st. A car on 11/20/2017. The NISSAN Versa has Tires Bald & with Air Leaks &was Banged up. Weak battery so with head lights on lights inside car gets very deem. Charged $432.39 to my Credit Card for Rental thru 11/25/2017& I returned car on 11/24/2017 9.30AM & Agent Rep. Drop me off At Miami Airport. I was unable to go or use car as it was NOT reliable & had to put Air in Tires everyday & Paid $20 for Air & Fix A Flat can. People were nice but speak little English. I think I should get my Money back.

I would leave no stars if it were …

I would leave no stars if it were possible.
We booked online had our email confirmation printed out before arriving in Orlando, Florida.
We took the shuttle which we waited about 40 minutes for on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived at the car rental office they would not accept their price quote that we had 3 forms of proof of.
This was to be a happy enjoyable Disney vacation which started out horribly due to this company. The car rental site had no phone number for auto rentals.com, nor was there any on internet searches. Yet this car rental office works and books through them.
We had to call Disney to be added to magical express shuttle because they wanted a ridiculous price for a car.
We took shuttle back to airport to get Disney shuttle.
We arrived at our resort 4 hours behind schedule missing dinner reservations.
We ended up booking with Budget and had to get a ride to airport to pick up car after midnight.
Don't rent from these people at all. If they don't have a phone number you are at a loss like us on any assistance. If it wasn't for Disney transport we would have been stranded.
They also never responded to our emails explaining what happened.
Stick to the big rental companies at the airport in Orlando not offsite places.

The worst rental company ever!

The worst rental company ever! I reserved a 7-passenger van for our spring break last week in Orlando. It was for 8:30am pick up. When we arrived at Orlando airport at 9:00am due to flight delay, I called and they told me they didn't have a van for us and pretty much we were out of luck. There were no other vans available anywhere due to high demand during spring break in Orlando. Basically, we were stranded. The customer rep told me that she "just work here and nothing I can do for you." Are you kidding me?? No wonder they advertise their rates as low as they do. No customer service at all! Cheap cars, Cheap customer service. You get what you paid for I guess. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They are a scam.

Cancellation Fees

I had a bad experience with CorpUSA in Miami Int airport pick-up counter at 3947 NW 26th St., Miami FL-33142 when the reservation was made, I was not told that there will be a cancellation fee. To my surprise when I was about to have the transaction complete I did not like the idea of a $25.00 a day sunpass. Therefore, I cancelled the reservation; in checking my credit card there was a charge of US$25.00. I think that is unreasonable with no work done or service rendered. I am from the Caribbean i make frequent visit to the USA, and have many rentals from different car rental companies and have never been treated in this manner. Therefore, I would suggest that this practice stop, and to make the customer be aware when booking a reservation, and would appreciate in having my refund to avoid reporting this issued my credit card company.

One Scam service car rental company

Save yourself time and money and book from somewhere else. They allure in by offering lower price rental on their site when you go to pick up the car the bill becomes double. When you ask why they say read the fine print on the agreement page on their site. Tons of junk add on that are not necessarily and they make u pay for it. Please stay away from them.

Scam!!

I made my reservations over 2 months ago and the day I was suppose to pick up my car I got a text that it was cancelled. Corp USA Car Rental said that auto rental had canceled my reservations AN HOUR before I was supposed to pick up my car!! CRAZY!! Usa car rental said they could not honor the price but they had the same cars available at a higher price. Awful customer service!! I think USA car rental in Miami cancelled the reservation thinking I would rent from them at the higher price since my reservstion was canceled without my knowledge.

Received wrong car. No customer service

My car was booked as one with automatic transmission, but when I came to pick up point, I've been told that car rental company received booking info from autorentals with manual.
Trying to contact autorentals I surprisingly found out that they even don't phone number. Awful experience.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND WEBSITE

I thought it was a great deal, and i reserved it, however I called just to verify that if the mileage was unlimited and if they were going to charge for any other fees. For florida residents you have 50 MILES PER DAY NOT UNLIMITED MILES, BE CAREFUL with this Third party rental, as on the website mentions UNLIMITED MILEAGE for all of their cars rental ..also if you decide to cancel it, there is a fee cancellation $25 and UP...

Very disappointed with this autoRental, They should add on the main website that for florida residents are 50 miles per day so People can know, but instead they have it somewhere hide it on the website.
READ THEIR RENTAL POLICY and RULES INFORMATION- GEOGRAPHIC before you reserve a car with them... =/

Misleading cheating reservations.

I booked on the site, and until the booking date nobody mentioned that Florida resident are discriminated from other costumers. They stated unlimited mileage, and it is limited for Florida resident: 50 miles/day.
Nobody mentioned Florida residents have to pay extra 18-27dollars CDW fee. I even called them, and only at the site they told me this. So I was stuck there, with a 4 years old kid. And they calmly said they don't care what was on the reservation website, this is their company policy. Finally their charge would exceed the big corporations rental fees for the highest category. For an economy. So stay away, use other real comparative websites these guys are misleading!
