Great all inclusive service from start to finish. Offered great advice on the toll charges on motorways which saved a lot of inconvenience.
Dropped right at the airport departure lounge rather than their stance as my wife has issues with her mobility.
Will use again on return to the area.

Simple to book online with no upfront costs. Easy to find shuttle bus in car park near terminal. Quick and efficient booking in and perfect car for what we required. Drop off was just as simple with helpful friendly staff. What more could you ask - no hassle just friendly people.

Overall, a good company to hire from
Overall, we are very happy with Auto Rent, having used them well over 2 dozen times, although they are now far more expensive than they used to be. Also, last week we arrived at the Faro Airport drop-off centre early, having made good time on empty roads from our western Algarve holiday location. The office was open and two members of staff were there checking customers in and taking them to the airport. However, because we hadn't paid the extra charge of €35 for 'out-of-hours', we were told we had to either pay up or wait 15mins until 8.00 am, so begrudgingly, we paid up as we would rather be checked in for our flight than wait around in Auto Rent's car park. This is our first criticism of Auto Rent in years, as the cars are always clean and modern, the staff are very polite and accommodating, and our experience is usually very positive.

Very good service all together! Good prices, quick and good costumer service, very helpful and friendly staff and manager, that gave a lot of support even when I had some problems using the van. It has been the second time I was their client, I highly recommend this company and I intend to use their services again.

My go-to car hire company in the Algarve
I always use Auto Rent on my trips to Portugal. They have a very regular and efficient shuttle to the off airport parking and quick pick up and drop off. The cars are sometimes a little less than pristine but you get what you pay for and they are always reliable and I quite like the fact that you are not paranoid in the supermarket car park that you might get a small ding or scrape.
