Outstanding Customer Service
My trap suffered damage during its first use. I contacted Linda and she replaced the unit under warranty without any issues or charges, even included a prepaid shipping label for my old unit! The new system works perfectly and I’ve already killed 7 mice - 4 the first night!
Great system and terrific customer service. I highly recommend the Good Nature Trap.

Worth every penny
I was hesitant about the price but it has proved to be more than worth it. It has eliminated rats from my property and done it humanely. (Can't tell you how often I've had to finish the job where a traditional snap trap only had a rat by a paw.) They have definitely built a better mousetrap.

I have tested these out for several months/years.
They work in all weather, inside or outside.
Excellent for chicken coops.
We need a smaller version just for mice. Thought the A24 does get mice, they have to put forth a great effort to trigger the plunger.
A small mouse-sized Automatic trap would be in great demand if one were made available.
Solid construction, excellent function, long lasting bait!
I definitely recommend these traps for those who take rodent control seriously.

A little skeptical after no kills at first. Then as they indicated patience paid off. I’ve had 12 kills in my barn. Counter works. My only complaint is that that changing the bait is difficult due to the tight fit when tightening or loosening the cap for bait replacement. Plus a little pricey for bait and CO2 replacement. It is a “better mousetrap” tho. :)

This thing is a mouse killing machine
This thing is a mouse killing machine. I caught 3 in one night after a couple of days. I want to set up a camera to see it in action because now I seem to get 1-2 every week. The installation guide was easy to follow and there are some youtube videos that are really helpful if you look those up too. Definitely recommend this trap!

Only trap that actually works
We have countless rats around our chicken coop. I bought the A24 because I didn't want to use poisons and keep the chickens safe. I got a little impatient because it wasn't working at first. I talked to their customer service about pre-feeding and food comp and luckily that did the trick. I still clean up the coop every day and make sure that Im putting out more lure, but it's worth it. We're getting tons of hits on the counter. A little pricey, but if you want a trap that works, worth every penny.

Ordered the 5-pack - Impressed!
Ordered the 5-pack after watching on YouTube. Happy to say it works as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is following the instructions to a tee. We didn't pre-feed to get started and didn't catch anything but 1 small rat in the first week. Thanks to Linda for helping us with our set up. We caught 7-8 rats last week around the farm and those numbers just keep growing.

If you read the directions and set this trap up correctly, you are going to be happy with the results. I've caught more mice than I can count with this unit and highly recommend it.

Trap works great in separating the…
Trap works great in separating the consumer from their money. Catching rats and mice, not so much. I ordered trap, watched all videos set trap per Goodnature detailed instructions, i.e., prefeeding, prebaiting, trap placement, patience, etc. a24 Day 4 week 1 killed one rat, then no joy to present time, approx 2 years.
I contacted goodnature customer support with detailed narrative of my disappointing experience to date. Their response was lengthy and completely non-responsive. It almost seemed that goodnature hadn't bothered to read my extensive email narrative.
I understand that Goodnature's opinion is that the failure of their product is that I haven't "taken on board" the information provided by them. However, it seems that goodnature hadn't taken time to read my concerns or my subsequent replies regarding my site and situation specific concerns.
I find this opinion and behavior perplexing, insulting, rude and dismissive. I have nothing to gain and I don't find casting aspersions to be edifying or productive in working our problem. To the contrary, I remain willing to work with goodnature. This despite their high opinion of themselves and their surprisingly low opinion of their not insignificant number of dissatisfied customers.
I want the a24 to work. To date, $130 a24 for one rat in 2 years and $6 for 60+ rats in 10 years using spring trap.
So many of us have reported a very similar disappointing experience with a24 trap.
At a minimum, I ask that goodnature please listen to your customers' concerns. Rather than dismissing these concerns out of hand, take them on board so that goodnature may continue to improve your products and services.
Alternatively, continue to repeat the mantra "not all customers will have success with a24. Many do not have the time or patience required".
I'm willing to have another go. But my patience is wearing thin and your time is very nearly up.
All the best

This thing is a trap beast
This thing is a trap beast. We had mice and rats at our lake house. Tried everything but wasn’t always there to reset. We came back after a couple of weeks post setup and saw them piled up under the deck. Tip... try peanut butter and buy the DIY basket.

Waste of money like others said, there are hundreds of rats on our farm in maui they won’t touch the bait i put chicken feed in the tray and sprinkled some into the bait , 3 days in a row rat poop everywhere chicken feed eaten no dead rats, customer service said oh you need to train your rats !!!! Oh really now i must become a rat trainer to use this expensive trap ,!! Electric traps work much better just dont like the battery issue, i even lent it to my neighbor who has rats no luck there

I have 5 traps set throughout my property. The traps were perfectly set, tested, and baited per the instructions. I have not even captured/destroyed even one rodent. The $10 traditional rat trap has been way more successful when set in the same exact areas on property. I am extremely unsatisfied with this product, very misleading. Now I'm out $800 dollars & not even one dead rat...

I’ve had this set up for over a year and have caught exactly zero rats. Probably caught 30 in the same time period with traditional snap traps. Super dissatisfied

This is a great unit
This is a great unit, you cannot believe how many rodents you really have. It kind of pricey, but for the amount of damage the mice and rats are doing this is a big plus. I am going to order more.

works for mice once you find where they are at. I used peanut butter instead of the bait that came with it.
Thank you for the excellent system
Thank you for the excellent system. I have a cat and a dog plus neighbours cats that I need to worry about. Laying out glue traps and snap traps just is not an option. I placed a couple of the scent cards in a few spots and then after two days I placed the Autotrap in the same area. Two mice and one rat later the Autotrap is working great. We don’t have a lot of rodents in our yard :-) but living in a town housing complex there are several that do. Mostly attracted by bird seed I’m sure. When I’m asked about what I’m experiencing as far as a rodent problem, I now smile and say I don’t have one. Thank you for a great product , so far so good.....

A24 Success
Excellent instructions and very simple to setup. As suggested, the location and bait selection are key components to successful trapping. After refining our A24 placement with the help of a motion camera and switching to peanut butter (which is apparently the preferred treat for our local rats), we recently had strikes on consecutive nights! The rats have been scavenged by a family of raccoons that roams our neighborhood, and other “non-targeted” backyard wildlife interested in the bait have yet to trigger the A24 by mistake. We also have a snap trap setup in a box nearby. It has had success as well, however there have been multiple instances when the trap was triggered but didn’t catch a rat, or the bait was stolen. The A24 has been effective in humanely dispatching the rats 100% of the time when triggered.
