Car sold with serious undeclared problems.

I bought an e-Golf exactly a month ago. I was told the air conditioning wasn't working because the gas needed to be recharged, but the car actually had thousands of pounds of damage to the heating system. Initially, they seemed willing to repair it, but when I realized they'd given me false contact information that doesn't work for VW and wouldn't provide a replacement car, I exercised my right to return the damaged vehicle within 30 days. Both the seller and the finance company responded with false statements, such as saying I can't even cancel within the first 30 days. This is ridiculous and illegal. I'm waiting for the Ombudsman to intervene to force the contract to be terminated and the defective car to be returned.

Avoid

Avoid! Doesn’t deserve one star.

Vehicle broke down after 4 weeks with a major fault.

Refuse to reply to emails. They answer the phone then tell you they’ll sort it and never reply.

Legal action next.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. The selection was great, the pricing was fair, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I drove off feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

The Worst Experience I've Ever Had - AVOID! ⭐ (1 Star)

Shocking Car Quality and Appalling Aftercare - Save Your Money!

I bought a Mercedes C200 back in August and the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. I honestly wish I had never stepped into the dealership.
Problems Started Immediately:
Right from day one, the car had issues. The brakes and pads needed attention, and the 12\text{V} socket (cigarette lighter) stopped working within the first few weeks.
Cheap Fixes and Broken Promises:
The repairs were terrible. They replaced the brake pads with parts that felt like the cheapest quality.

Regarding the 12{V} socket, I was repeatedly told they would book me in, but it was just lie after lie—it was never fixed.

The Final Insult (After Only 3 Months):
The car started leaking coolant after just three months. When I took it back, I was asked to leave the keys. Thirty minutes later, a member of staff told me the owner said the problem was "not their responsibility" and told me to collect the car. That is an unacceptable level of customer care.

My Warning to You:
They act like they care when they are taking your money, but the second a fault appears, they wash their hands of you.

Do NOT buy a car from here unless you get a formal, written guarantee that the vehicle is 100% safe and reliable. You have been warned!

Disappointing and unprofessional

Disappointing and unprofessional – would not recommend

I purchased a vehicle from this seller and encountered issues almost immediately. Key functions of the car were unavailable due to missing components that were not properly disclosed at the time of sale. Additionally, a physical defect became apparent shortly after purchase — again, something that should have been identified and communicated beforehand.

Despite raising these concerns promptly and giving the seller multiple opportunities to respond, there was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issues. The lack of accountability and after-sales support was deeply disappointing.

In my experience, this seller prioritises the sale over transparency or customer care. I would strongly advise others to approach with caution.
