Great features and support

Not Satisfied with Autoleap and its Services

AutoLeap as a point of sell software is very good. I didnt need it for inventory or anything like that. My problems with Autoleap as a service is two fold: First, the constantly hit your with sales to utelize their marketing. I finally relented, although it was expensive. They took over my web sight and redesigned it and they took over my google listing and google ads. The result was a disaster. The ads were bringing me customers from areas that had nothing to do with auto repair. The website actually hurt my search engine performance rather than improving it. I had to take control of my googhle ads and listing to get it right. A very expensive waiste of money.
Secondly, I under went a series of health issues and surguries that have caused me to close my business. These folks wont take closed for an answer. They have been awful. The claim I have a contract, which i do not. I have been beyond the contract for nearly two years. Alldata and other subscriptions understand when a business must close. Even though I had contracts with them, they have been very accomodating.

The bottom line is, I with I had gove with another service, plain and simple1

While I love Autoleap above all…

While I love Autoleap above all automotive software ..recent changes have made it less efficient. Some of the inspections they have created, might be easier for the techs to point and take a picture..retrieving the notes from the system to transfer them over to the customer is a terribly inefficient process. Sometimes you have to stop reinventing the wheel

I love the eaze of it

I love the eaze of it. Thought I had marketing as part of my subscription but I guess it was more money. Told by land lord that we have to be out of this building by12-1-2025. No building in our price range so out of business we go. Hop fully I can figure a way to create an oil change special to send to all our customers to thank them for their business.

Tech support less than desirable

Tech support less than desirable. service not good. Stopped using Autoleap and still have to pay $2K because I signed a contract stating I have to pay for the full year and the contract does NOT say Autoleap has to provide good service.
