I talked to them and asked if the remote I was needing was returnable. They sent me their policy which says they would refund your money if the remote didn't work. My locksmith said it was not programmable. I called and they said there was a 20% restocking fee. I was out the expense to return it with insurance plus the fee...Cost this poor old woman $50 for absolutely nothing. Add to that, the man I spoke with on the phone was rude. I'm sure the one I sent back is the one on their website. They will continue to sell the same one and charge 20% restocking fee because it doesn't work. This should be illegal.
