Gave me a quote for a spare car key to be cut, and took a deposit from me quick enough, but didn't turn up on the agreed date to do the work. When I eventually got a response from them. They apologised for the confusion, so I gave them a second chance to complete the work. BIG MISTAKE THAT WAS.... They didn't turn up again. Now I'm trying to get my deposit back. They don't answer the phone and although they responded to WhatsApp when they were keen to secure my business, they are not responding now I'm asking for my deposit back. I'm not convinced that the positive reviews on their website are even genuine given no one ever answers the phone.
Give autokeys essex a wide berth and go to a company that actually provides the service its advertising.
I'll do another review if they respond to my message and I manage to get my deposit back....Watch this space!
