SCAM / FRAUD ALERT. AutoSaas & Autofunnel are run by Trey Smith, a rara real estate style sales person. He puts his face out there promising his software is the best thing since sliced bread.

Definition of a scam, "A scam is where there is excited promotion, limited spots, ONE time only offer, short time lines & "special" prices & seems to good to be true. Once the suspect pays their money, they either don't hear or have delayed & limited responses from the scammer. The rules change or are made up as time goes by & the suspect gets told they CAN'T get any of their money back. Autosaas ticks all those boxes.

Very dishonest, uncaring & unprofessional company & person. I hadn't signed any agreement & at the time I paid for autosaas there WEREN'T ANY terms & conditions, not even a website or landing page. He made them up after a few months & didn't tell anyone they existed, hid them, because it now says, no refunds.

Before I knew about the terms etc, I suffered serious health problems I emailed Trey to explain my situation & let him know, due to serious ill health, I couldn't continue with autosaas & asked what the chances were of a refund. To this date he has never communicated with me directly, coward. One of his admin people replied, after a few weeks, offering an extended time & zoom calls. I made a counter offer of 75% refund, it takes them weeks to reply & they also send random irrelevant zoom call appointments not applicable to me & then keep apologising but do it again & again

I asked many times for Trey to communicate with me & he is either too big & important to contact me or just gutless & scared. They have told me in their last email that they have looked at my file & the conversation is now finished, they're playing GOD & telling me communication is over. Who the hell do they think they are????? Trey needs to remember we're all people & sometimes life happens & things out of our control effect us deeply & some empathy & common sense should be used.

Trey & his companies, AutoSaas & Autofunnel are all about MONEY $$$$$$$$ are are so arrogant. Something I learnt many years ago, "Anything is possible, you just need the right person to say yes."

DON'T waste you hard earned money on these businesses, a total SCAM / FRAUD. BTW I will be submitting a report to the FBI & FTC so they can investigate Mr Smith & his companies.

I had the worst experience with this company:

In february 2024 I attended their online sales event and some days later I gave it a try and bought their product for one year – and for around 1.470 Euro (!)

After this payment I NEVER got any onboarding Mail nor any Terms of Use or any further information.

Behind the scenes they subscribed me to an annual service (!) for 1.470 Euro (!!!) – but I never wanted any subscription, nor would I have singed an annual subsciption for this HUGE amount of money!!!

I only found out about this, when autofunnel.ai took ANOTHER 1.470 Euro from my bank account – out of the blue – in mid of february 2025. Exactly 13 days before today.

After I saw this, I immediately wrote to the company that I did not subscribe to any annual subscription and want a refund.

They answered that this is not possible because I have an annual subscription (!!)

To sum up: Autofunnel allowed themselves to take 1.470 Euro from my VISA Card and sent me a screenshot of some dubious Terms of Use I NEVER saw before – Terms of Use I would never have singned nor accepted!!!

I think this company a huge scam!
I warn everybody who reads this:

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OF THE AUTOFUNNEL.AI COMPANY.

I ended up not being a user of the service so much (found it underwhelming in demonstrations, etc.) so cancelled by email back in Sept. Despite that they charged me a renewal in January.

I have used a variety of these types of products. The cost is not cheap, but the flow of information, and ease of use to generate something is very good. The integration needs some work, but there will always be glitches with new products. I also think some resources should be on promoting your books/podcasts. Podcaster is excellent on my 20th Podcast (Voxstar AI Automation). Bookle and Copycraft are excellent. The funnel side of the set makes a good flow to sell.

What made my experience great was Paul, someone from their organization that answered me promptly, gave me numerous opportunities to save money and was very quick with his responses. I would want to work with them again and again with this level of customer service.

I can't recommend this platform enough! AutoFunnel.ai has completely revolutionized how I approach book writing and creating sales funnels. The user-friendly interface and intuitive tools make it so simple—even for someone like me, who isn’t super tech-savvy.

Writing books has never been so easy, and the integrated funnel-building feature is a genius touch. My projects look polished and professional.

I have been using Autofunnel for the last year and love the software and systems Trey and Nik are creating. The service they are providing and the training is better than any I have experienced linked to a product, the time they both personally provide to answer all questions is outstanding

Autofunnel’s software is Incredible, I’ve never seen anything like this before. Trey and his partner knocked this one out of the park. Thanks guys for thinking outside of the box.

Initially I thought this was a bit....dodgy. But frankly turned out to be one of the best purchasing decisions I have ever made. The Autofunnel mob give away so much of their knowledge. It's like a course, a coach, a set of tools and a mentor all rolled into one. I have been with Autofunnel for about a year now and I have just scraped the surface of what they have on offer. I signed up for this on Christmas Day 2023 - great present to myself! If I had much more time, I'd be a mega pro it's so easy. I am a plodder unfortunately but they keep me focussed with their weekly Zoom calls. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Easy to use and great quality output. Definitely a must have for marketing. Books, funnels, ad copy and podcast. Done for you!

I started with Bookle and loved playing with it. While, I have not produced any professional books yet, it has made me look like a genius in some of my projects with my Lions Club and building a library of stories for my Santa character.
While I have had AutoFunnel for a while now, I had never used it because I felt that it was going to be more work than I had time for, but I am really excited about the recent upgrades in the software... again, it may have to wait until after the Holiday season to experiment with it, but excited about the possibilities from what I can see so far.

The navigation only is challenging purchased the up-sell product to receive assistance with web hosting funnels and others, my guide John David is extremely resourceful and patient with me, as I am new here. My only complaint would be no marketing training once I complete my books and courses. Please add in future

For the price, the quality of output is very poor for both Bookle and copycraft. I can do better with off the shelf AI tools. Images are horrible. Integrations like Mailchimp are a pain in the ass.

But perhaps the worst thing is the poor customer service. Especially at this price point. I truly regret buying this product.

This is one of the best AI tools on the market today: I use the tools in this kits across my businesses and Trey and the team do a great job of providing weekly customer support and ongoing training and they are always updating and adding features to the suite of product.

Great company, great people, great tools for your AI business!

I joined Autofunnel about 2 weeks ago and so far im loving the videos. Trey is authentic, down to earth and relatable and most of all honest. I recommend this programme to anyone starting out on a making money online journey as he breaks everything down into bitesize videos that are easy to understand and get you started.

These guys are ahead of the curve. Functional easy interface back office with cutting edge adders and application. Been podcasting with the first middleware guys in the late 90s so been on the front side of the wave before and these guys can do it and have fun doing so. Great service with the Auto Funnel.

Autofunnel has helped me "round out" my marketing strategy for my books.. I await more developments, one of which is to integrate Eleven Labs AI so I can have my own voice in my podcasts..
