after i recently misfueled i called them and was advised 'can be with you within an hour' so i paid by card
2 hours 20 mins and 4 phone calls later technician arrived saying he was only advised of the job 30 mins ago
in each of my follow up calls i was told 'technician on the way'
obviously a deliberate ploy to stop me searching for a competitor service
