Looks like a scam site used by Craigslist scammers who try to stampede you into purchasing one of their purported car reports using a bank card. Nobody would demand such an unknown site when CarFax is well known and cheaper.
Beware!
This company is a scam and they use phishing techniques on craigslist to try and get you to buy this if you want to sell your car. The buyer insists he must have this report but they no intention of buying your car!
