Nissan Juke

Brought a Nissan Juke from them on the 11/11/21 .
Excellent customer service, well presented staff from sales to the guys in the workshop .
Totally non pushy , happy to go the extra mile and a nice bit a banter .
The showroom is clean and tidy the cars are well presented, and like I said the staff are well presented and very professional.

I have zero issues in recommending Autodrive Car Centre as a place to buy from with confidence.

I would ignore the anonymous review as it is completely at odds to what you experience when you visit Autodrive Car Centre.

Purchased a BMW. Tailgate repair and new pads as condition of sale. Issues from point of taking ownership & within 3mths: Stop/start function wasn't working on drive from garage. Brake warning came on. Air conditioning was non existent. Rear light unit held in place by household wood screw. Both front alloys were distorted. Took car back at my own expense. They investigated the issues and gave me a car to use ( as I live 2 hrs away). They had the car a week. New brake vacuum sensor, brake pad sensor, air con condesor, woods screws replaced.. according to the invoice I have. 4 weeks later air con was noisy and vibrations through both front footwells. The tailgate repair came away when handwashing the car (the repair was literally weeks old). It was agreed that I would get quotes closer to home to save the trip back to Canterbury yet again. HORRIFIED to learn the rear of the car has had significant damage and has been badly repaired/filled. Panels misaligned, water ingress risks high and paint degradation would be seen within months...and the replaced woodscrew.. are still in place as of today! I have been told any trader with the experience claimed by AutoDrive should have paid due diligence to the vehicle and would have seen the issues particularly with regard to the rear of the car. The tailgate repairs & workshop rectifications done were of a poor standard and the outsourced services used were blamed. Autodrive weren't happy with the quote and wanted the car back so they could fit a 2nd hand tail gate. I took the issues to the RAC ( as on my advert it was clearly 'stickered' that they are RAC Approved Dealers) Surprised when RAC told me they weren't. They were only authorised to sell warranties. This meant that the comfort that my car had undergone professional RAC 82 point checks.. never happened. I obtained another quote or the rear of the car to be put to a satisfactory standard- not new but of an acceptable level for the money paid. The quote was over £4,000 for a £8295 valued car. Trading Standards confirmed that the RAC status was in breach of the Misinterptation Act and I had grounds under that and the Consumer Goods Act, Consumer Credit Act and Trades Description Acts to Reject the car due to it not being as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. Law states its the suppliers responsibility to collect when an item is rejected finally, and notice of court proceedings is given but AutoDrive and the RAC didnt agree!! The car was rejected today, again at my own expense, as I was finding the stress of the situation intolerable and I just wanted the car gone so I returned it rather than pursuing them through the courts. I am aware of several other customers who have purchased vehicles where the website adverts clearly show the same claim that they are RAC Approved dealers. The blame for this misrepresentation has been laid at RACs door as the area warranty manager 'gave them the wrong banners'. This has now been rectified apparently. I can only hope that all the other customers whose adverts were similarly labelled are contacted and made aware their vehicles may not be to the standards they assumed them to be.
