I had an issue with a vehicle that was known for poor engine performance. Despite this, Auto Claims Network analysed my case in more detail and with a clearer explanation of the law to myself than I receicved form the Citizens Advice and the Financial Ombudsman. Hoshair was honest enough to let me know that my case could not be successful due to faults we could not control, however, the continued support and follow up to my calls and emails throughout our consultations made me feel valued and assured I was in good hands. I had major troubles with my car a year ago and was sold a car that was not fit for purpose but the garage were not interested in helping me with any repairs and did not want to take any liability for the long lasting damage the car had since before I purchased it, I contacted Hoshiar and he was extremely helpful and professional with the whole process!
