Had a bad experience with a previous garage hot picked up in the new car test drove it back to the garage then within an hour I was out the door nothing is ever too much for this garage highly recommended.

No pushy salesman. Considerate car and aftercare.

I found my car online 2012 TDI golf and travelled to garage, to take a look and test drive.
Car was clean, low mileage and in good condition in and out.
Excellent sales team (Adam and Jeff ) we're very help full, the advertisement accurate information..honnest and professional.
I bought my car with full service, full MOT and guarantee..

Very well presented premises inside and out. All cars on the forecourt were clean and accessible. We were greeted and attended to by Adam who took time to understand our needs. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Having been delighted with a car we bought from autochoice 5 years ago we looked at their stock online when we needed a replacement. We saw something we liked and reserved it. We were very pleased to get a phone call confirming our reservation and arranging a date to see the car (with no commitment). Adam was very friendly and honest with us about some unresolved issues with the car. There was a longer delay than anticipated and some miscommunication which resulted in us coming to test drive the car when it wasn't ready but Josh did his best to sort things out. He and Adam were both very keen that we should be happy with our purchase. We are. We are also pleased that autochoice are collecting our previous car and giving us a fair price for it.

Picked up an S3 last month from Josh. Great service, not at all pushy and the PDI spotted a few faults that were all sorted prior to collection. Would 100% recommend for anyone in the area and wider for their next car.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from Autochoice. Adam and Josh were wonderful to deal with. The car is absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend them.

We recently bought a car from Autochoice Bristol and the whole experience was outstanding from seeing the car on their website to driving it away.
We did a part exchange and were given a very fair price for ours by Adam who was extremely friendly and not at all pushy (like some sales people we have dealt with in the past). He sorted everything so we could drive away the same day happy in our new car.

I came to Auto choice in Bristol last week to have a look at a car, the same day looking i ended up buying the car. I was so happy with the fantastic service given by Josh Massarella! I can definitely see Josh loves his job, and it makes the experience of buying a product so much better.
He was so understand and patient about all the questions i asked him; he was so descriptive about everything to do with the car and just in general a great guy!
All the team did an amazing job with making sure i was satisfied, and it was just in general a lovely environment.
I will definitely be recommending AutoChoice to anyone in the future.

Very friendly and very professional. Gave me multiple options and advises . I got approval for the car finance in about 15 minutes and all the process was about half an hour. The car was in a very good condition and will have warranty 3 years. For me it was an excellent service and I will sincerely recommend them.

What a team ! Not only did I call at like 2pm saying I want to purchase a car blind , I wanted finance on it and I wanted to pick it up after work the same day. Well they pulled it out the bag and went above and beyond . They even stayed open an hour and a half later as I was so late. The car was just as described and is a dream. Highly recommended:)
