My Daughter just showed me her phone, this no lie 124 survey requests, at least one a day for months now. Doesn't matter if she responds, she did. 124 survey requests!!!! Beyond unprofessional, annoying, obnoxious, this is harassment. She/we will never buy another anything from these guys.

Update: I received my order and the set of 3 mounts for my car are in perfect condition. I replaced my transmission and motor mount and it fixed my problem. I will however, only leave a 3 star review due to the lack of communication if it weren't for me Calling customer service I probably would still have issues with my order. The issue was they needed to confirm my billing and shipping address. However, they never called to confirm. So my order was on hold for 6 days. I called asking what was going on and it turned out they needed confirmation. It's not my job to call it's your job to make sure my order is shipped especially if I paid for it. If a confirmation is needed from the customer then it is your job to call th customer. Other than communication issues I'm happy with my order. Thank you.

Ordered a Detroit Axle 12pc Front Ball Joints Tie Rods Adjusting Sleeves Suspension Kit. When the box arrived it was damaged and only 11 pieces was in it. Contacted customer service for a return label and a refund and sent them all the pictures they asked for and all they keep saying is we will send it to our relevant team. I have filed a complaint to the BBB because this isn't the first time they have done this to people. I shouldn't have to pay to ship it back when its not my fault that one of the parts were missing. And it was the wrong parts for my vehicle anyways. Very bad customer service. They are scamming people left and right. Do not buy from this company.
They will not honor the cancelation policy. I canceled less than a hour after ordering. No I have to return the items and paying for the shipping.
Their website said parts would fit that did not fit when I called to return them. There is no answer on the customer service, when I contacted the new sales person just to get a hold of someone, he told me he had no idea when customer service would be in but it would be a while and when I said I would really like to speak to someone to get a refund or I will have to contact PayPal. He hung up on me.
This morning I placed an order online and the system crashed. A message appeared stating that I will be contacted soon, which did not happen. I waited a couple of hours, realized that my card was debited, but I never received an email, order number, confirmation number or anything. I then called their customer service number and the guy said to me that yes, the order is placed. I then request an email asking for evidence or proof of my purchase, because I not only have a right but also as a paying customer, I need evidence of my purchase and the guy on the other line had the nerve to say: “does it matter?” Of course, it matters, did we go to school together or who exactly does this person think he is to be so disrespectful to a customer. Not just that, but then he hung up the phone on me meanwhile I was talking. No, I do not recommend them and will never work with them again. I am still waiting to see if they will honor my request to cancel my order and receive a refund in a timely manner. Update three days later (On Dec. 15th 2023): On Dec 12th at 2:59 pm ET about 2 hours after placing the order, I sent an email requesting to cancel the order. I received a response 21 hours later on Dec 13th 2023 at 12:18 ET that my order has shipped with the order number 264379-138060 despite having requested a cancellation.
As a paying customer, I did some research on the company, because I have a right to know with what business I am dealing with and after doing some digging in public records, I found the company Auto Buffy Inc registered in Florida with the registration number P17000054023. It turns out that the publicly listed address is a residential rental highrise in downtown Fort Lauderdale.The mailing address for the corporation is another residential address in POTOMAC, MD 20854. I did not find a warehouse, offices, distribution center or anything associated with a well-established business. Buyer beware!
I have a 2006 Toyota Avalon with 196,000 miles on it with the original factory struts on it. I saved a ton of money via Auto Buffy with a complete set of Detroit Axel struts that improved the ride of the vehicle to factory smooth. Highly recommend Auto Buffy pricing and Detroit Axel quality struts!

I purchased front struts from them and not even 3 months in of having them installed one of the struts dropped and broke while I was driving . Not only did I have to pay for a rental car for 3 days while my car was in the shop but I had to over $700 to get it replaced. The second strut recently did the same thing but when this one dropped it also affected my axle so I had to do the same thing , get a rental and repair both the strut and axle. Each time I send them pictures of the defective part as the shop is working on the car. Instead of being considerate or even concerned that their faulty parts broke WHILE I WAS DRIVING I can’t get a refund that doesn’t even cover half of what I’ve spent to replace what their parts did. I will NEVER buy or recommend this company.

Return policy stinks bought moog control arms and bearings one of my control arms gave out they. I went back and forth with emails for a week for them to tell me to send the part first to get it replaced/ no first fill out a form I could have been told this a week ago... The customer service number does not work only sales.

Where do I start? After ordering strut assemblies and other parts, received a partial shipment. Called Autobuffy to find out where the rest of the order was, they claimed it was delivered. After several calls and 3 days the missing pieces showed up. So now I can work on the car. After installing the struts and driving I notice a clunk when driving over small bumps. Thinking I didn't tighten something, I take it all apart again. Nothing wrong on my end. Take it to mechanic who diagnosis bad strut. So now I call Autobuffy to ask for replacement. After explaining to the customer service person, they transfer me to online customer service, who doesn’t answer the phone 4 out of 5 times. When I finally get the person and explain I need a replacement, the connection is bad and they hang up. Another 5 calls to get the online person, another explanation and they say they’ll send a replacement… no questions asked, like this happens all the time (bad parts). So on Thursday they said they would email a confirmation that the part was shipped on next business day. Friday & Saturday no email. Call Saturday serval times during business hours listed on web site (Saturday 8:30a – 2p EST) goes to hold… “Our representatives our busy, blah, blah” no one answers. Monday start calling at 9a, must go through customer service to get transferred to online customer service. Again 4 out of 5 times no answer or leave message. Left so many messages. At 3pm get the online customer service person, “Das”, who I spoke to on Thursday. Says he will send tracking number when the replacement part ships, probably Tuesday morning.
Not holding my breath!

Received wrong parts, it's been 5 days after I sent return request still don't receive any answers. 7 days later they send me a address where I should send their product back, by the way I should do it on my own, they don't care that they sent me a wrong product......Also I will say those people completely don't respect their customers. Stay away from them..... They received their product back 4 days ago and no one send me any confirmation about my refund...
