Yes not great

Yes not great. Engine management light on, man cane and cleaned filter for £300. Light back on a fee days later, chased, told I need a new pressure sensor, quote would be sent, waited no quote. Chased again told was sent checked emails and spam. Requested again. Still nothing. Pretty shitty customer service.

Don't waste your time, or money with these guys

After having issues with my DPF, I came across the Auto Assist group and liked what I was seeing. I went for the full DPF clean (£400), and was assured on the phone that with a 120 day warranty they would be able to come and take a further look if I was still having issues. They sold it very well on the phone.
They came and did their job, and the man told me that it was looking much better now, and there was no need for a new DPF. One advisory was that it needed a new fuel vaporiser.
Once the clean had been done, I noticed no difference when driving the car, and the engine warning lights were still showing. I got the advisory work done (another £400) and still no difference.
I then went through the warranty process to get Auto Assist to come and look at it again, but they refused to come, as there were other fault codes showing on the diagnosis (despite there being the same fault codes as there were when they came the first time). The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite blunt and not very understanding of my situation. So after getting their most expensive service, and getting the work they suggested done, my car is in exactly the same place as before I went to them. I would not recommend Auto Assist to anyone. If anything I would recommend NOT using them. Bad customer service, false promises and a complete waste of time and money.

I would 100% definitely these

I was starting to despair with my car, even the local Vauxhall dealer were unable to help with the dpf. Other garages who did offer the service cost more, and needed the car at their premises for a day or two. DPF Specialist had the problem dealt with inside an hour or two. He also left advice on how to avoid the problem of a clogged dpf in the future, two bottles of DPF cleaner fluid, and what looks like some kind of diagnostic tool, which I'll have to work out how to use. I could not have hoped for a better service.

Great service

Easy booking, and service writhing 48 hr. Harvey was amicable and polite explained things as we went. Quickly diagnosed a faulty throttle body which he was able to replaced and had the car good as new within an hour or so. Local garages wanted 3 weeks to just look at the issue and all that time I would have been without a car. What’s not to like, many thanks.

Well I appreciate everyone has…

Well I appreciate everyone has had a different experience. But so far I'm pleased.
Everything seemed to point to the DPF from other sources.
However I needed diagnosis £150.00 plus a DPF full so premium clean. £250.00.
But what seemed to be the issue which has now been resolved was the DPF pressure sensor!

So currently I'm happy, paddle shift working, 2000 rpm gear change, running beautifully again.

Dreadful company and scammed me out of…

Dreadful company and scammed me out of £800. Completed a service and Dpf clean which adversely affected the performance of my van. Had to take it to Mercedes to get fixed. Turned out auto assist hadn’t actually cleaned the exhaust filter and refused to refund me. Steer well clear
