Just picked my Porsche Macan from Chris, because I live in North Yorkshire I relied on the photos and Chris’s knowledge of the car, which didn’t disappoint. The car is stunning, because of the problems I had with a previous Macan ( leaking sunroof) , Chris went out of his way to allay any doubts regarding this one. He also came in on his day off to arrange the handover and fuelled the car ready for my drive back. Thank you, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

I just bought a 911 Targa for a fair price and dealt with Anthony. We spoke numerous times on the phone and the customer service was excellent.
The car was transported to their pick up hub in Winchester for me to pick up, as I live in Kent.
It was exactly as described and the handover was very comprehensive and handled by Carl who was very knowledgeable.
I would definitely revisit next time I’m in the market for a car.

Terry was attentive, available and knowledgeable and with his focus on us as the customer helped us through the transaction as we would expect. A pleasure to deal with.

Travelled a long distance to buy a BMW M5 was shown the car buy salesman Andy the car was filthy inside the rims were advertised as bi-colour they were black asked if he would swap the rims from another m5 said no and asked what is the best price he said good will gesture £200 off the price and a day later advertised the same car for £500 less Andy never even asked for my name or phone number to follow up on my enquiry not impressed.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic.
We explained to the sale advisors (Andy) what we were looking for and we were guided by their wealth of knowledge.
We didn’t feel pushed into making a decision and were given ample time to view the cars.
We are over the moon with our new car and we will definitely be going back again.
Lewis did the hand over with us and took time to explain the controls of the car and answer all our questions.
Over all, it was a brilliant service and experience.

Recently part exchanged my bmw for a Porsche at Auto 100 from my 1st inquiry pickup of the car to the after sales service has been 1st class
This is all because of the compete professional service provided by James Turnball who has been excellent Phil

Unfortunately I’ve had a similar experience to others regarding this company agreeing to buy a vehicle only to send some scruffy guy who obviously came with a practiced patter of faults and trying to cheat you of your vehicle for a lower price than agreed, they tried to identify a fault that was only relevant on previous models that didn’t apply to mine and is not an issue, they will reply to this with we only buy exacting standard cars which is just company blah to keep their reputation - notice how complaints from buyers usually get a response that ‘well it’s x years old it won’t be perfect’ - but honestly I’ve just felt like they tried to scam me, I would 100% avoid engaging this company regarding a car sale. Very slow to respond to emails and give the impression they’re too big to care, literally wasted two weeks of my time.
