this company is a scam. it doesn't work , it isn't easy to set up. you cant monitor anything and they wont refund your money, because as soon as you try to set it up they say too late, you used it so you will be wasting a lot of money DONT BUY!!!!!

Software does not work. They refuse to give refunds. My email receipt said $69.99 and my credit card was charged $99.98! This company is a scam. reported to BBB.

My son has had a habit of getting himself in trouble. Whether it's sneaking out, cutting class, or just getting into some mischief with his friends he was just one of those kids who always found trouble where ever he went. As a mom this scared me and I wanted to make sure I could keep tabs on him and stop this kind of behavior before anything really serious happened. I installed Auto Forward to his phone in an effort to watch what he does and it worked like a charm! I now feel much better about letting him go out with his friends again.

I purchased this the end of January. I reviewed the website thoroughly before purchasing. This installed easily but I only had access to text, phone log and GPS. I contacted customer service the next day and was told that in order to access the social media ( track WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, Instagram, Viber, BBM & Twitter messages), emails and browser history, the phone must be rooted (not what it says on the website). It did not recover any deleted apps and photos and calendar were not working. They had me reinstall the program again. It worked showing all recent things for a few days then stopped working.

I contacted customer support again and they said there was an update and I would need to reinstall. Same thing again, worked for a few days. This happened 6 more times in the next 6 weeks. It works somewhat for a few days then parts stop working. As long as one function is working correctly, they say you can use the app and refuse to refund your money. Below are the issues I had:
Duplicates in call and text log
Wrong dates and times on text log(including a date of 1970)
No deleted text recovered
Pictures were sporadic. One time I had all photos, one time it was only that weeks photos, one time it was only photos from 2014.
GPS only tracks sporadically, event when phone, wifi, gps were all on (I had the phone to be sure). It would go hours without tracking then track every minute for the next five minutes, then go hours again. (Picture below)
Finally had access to the calendar after 5th time installing
You have to reinstall constantly meaning you have to have possession of the phone.

I repeatedly asked for a refund but was denied because part of the app worked. Please do not purchase this. Use Teensafe- it works as promised.

I just purchased & not sure how to set up or less how to use. Thought says it was simple to set up

My daughter loves to test my patience and trust! She’s had detention 4 times this marking period and I’ve had to come pick up her cell phone at the principal’s office almost on a weekly basis! She tries to sneak out all the time and I’ve had to punish her for drinking and partying when she’s not allowed. And she’s only 15

We have been using Auto Forward since a year to monitor our employees and have identified the bad apples with this really easy with this program because the employees don’t even have a clue that they are being monitored. It's really helped my small business be efficient. I highly recommend this product

I have to admit at first I was a little apprehensive about using a spyware on my daughter’s phone but I’m glad I did. I rather see and know what my daughter is doing rather than not know in case something happens. The main thing I was worried about was seeing text messages and Facebook. I just wanted to make sure she wasn’t saying or doing anything she wasn’t supposed to do. I got to read all of her messages, incoming and outgoing. I’m very happy I purchased it and would purchase it again for when my other daughter is of age to have as cellphone. Product gets two thumbs up from me!

Auto Forward worked great! I honestly wasn’t expecting it to work all that well, if at all with just the nature of these products, but I honestly got all the information I wanted and more! I’m super satisfied.

I’ve been looking for a good cell phone spy software for a while now and just couldn’t find anything that I thought did a good enough job until I found Auto Forward. Auto Forward’s features were so much better than any others that I had seen and I can honestly say that Auto Forward is the best cell phone spy software in my opinion.

My son’s a total trouble maker, but installing Auto Forward on his phone made him straighten up.

Highster Mobile really let me know what was going on on Bobby’s phone. I was able to see all texts, calls, emails, social media activity and more. Now I know and I’ll never make any of those mistakes again! I refer Highster Mobile to all of my friends and family having the same issues.

Easy Spy’s features are beyond anything, at first I didn't believed in them but now they have my trust. I especially like the real time GPS location, the text message monitor and the social media features. I highly recommend them, they are very professional and hard working. :)

I highly recommend Autoforward to anyone with troublesome teens that will not obey your rules!!! My 15 year old son is prone to getting in trouble with the law and doing things he knows he shouldn’t. That puts me in a bad situation because every time he’s in trouble I’m the first one he calls. This program gave me the ability to monitor all his text messages, came equipped with GPS (which was my favorite feature because it allowed me to see his exact location) and also allowed me to see all his pictures and videos. Download this parents!!! Take control of your teen’s life before it’s too late!

Auto Forward helps us track our employees, and take corrective measures against rogue workers that will spend more time on personal activities like social media and sharing photos during the office hours. What people tend to forget is that they won’t have a job unless we make money. Auto Forward helps us keep a healthy bottom line.

The best part about this program is that it allowed me to see my daughter’s old and deleted text messages. It used to frustrate me that every time I would enter a room, my daughter would hide her phone. In my head it clearly showed she was hiding something. So of course as a concerned parent I wanted to see what she was hiding. I downloaded Auto Forward about a month ago and I have to say I really love this product. I got to see everything in her phone. It was just assuring that anything she deleted would still be seen.

This product is super cheap for everything it comes with. I’m very impressed with how fast I received all the information from the phone I’m spying on. I got to see everything I needed to see without them even knowing I was tracking them! This has to be the best software I have purchased out of all the spywares I have used in the past. Anyone who has authority to spy on someone’s phone should download this software for fast and quick results.

Autoforward has a lot of great features. I love this app! I feel like it’s so diverse because it can be used for absolutely any reason. That’s the greatest part it about it. I used this app to spy on my employee’s cell phone to make sure they were arriving at my client’s houses on time every day. Before I downloaded the software I was getting a lot of customer complaints about my employees being tardy. Since downloading this software I have had a decrease in complaints and an increase in sales. I love it.
