The response by the company was good. Each email took between 1 hour and 24 hours to respond, I appreciated that. They answered my questions and shipping happened quickly. I used the bank wire option and I was hesitant about sending my money, but they were good about responding to my concerns and I got the discount for using bank wire.

When I received the Datejust, some of the 4 center links already had slight hairline scuffs on them. It was only visible in daylight and it would cost more to send it back and have another one sent out than to just have it polished myself, so I did not send it back and that is why they lost one star. It was sold as brand new, not a dealer worn or slightly used watch, so I was disappointed. However, as I said, they were small and I could have them easily polished so it was not worth the hassle to send it back and incur fees.

The watch works well, it was slow the first few months I wore it. The more I wore it, the better time it kept. I am very happy with the watch and their customer service by email even during COVID times. I was just slightly saddened that it had some hairline scratches, when sold as a new watch.

I come from japan. this is a good shop. I could buy a good watch with excellent price. I want to get Chopard Mille Miglia especially Gold watch. I'm looking forward to start a big sale.

I was looking for an Omega Aqua Terra and purchased from Authentic Watches. The price I got on the watch and the purchasing experience were were both fantastic.
The Omega came with original packaging also.
I'm a watch collector and have dealt with a competitor of Authentic Watches but the experience at Authentic watches was top notch.
