Amazing,the order arrived quite quickly, everything came perfect, the right size, it fit me pretty well, I really liked the figure it makes me, it gave like vibes of a medieval video game, I loved it, perfect for my makeups looks :) ❗️❗️🩷🩷🩷

These people don't even receive one star in my opinion. I bought two items of clothes which were pretty pricey. I spent $120 on two items plus the shipping. The sizing was all jacked up so I sent it back and they acknowledge they got my items back but then never returned my money. Now customer service won't reply or give me my refund. I repeat do not buy from this company! They will steal from you. I have sent them all of the proof they need and they still won't reply. I wish this would allow me to attach pictures because it would bury these people.

UPDATE: I got on their webpage and got on the live chat . I left it open for over FOUR HOURS , GUYS!!! still no response. They claim they have 24/7 customer service but you have better response talking to a brick wall.

Complete scam - ordered and paid and product never arrived. sent numerous emails querying the delays and requesting refund which were acknowledged initially but now ignored.

I love how easy it is to navigate the website, how fast my things get delivered, how good every piece is, and how beautiful the pieces look. I’ve ordered a couple of times from them before and they’ve never disappointed. I share this website with my family and my friends as well on social media because they’re just amazing!

I've ordered a lot of things from Authentic Goth and I'm very satisfied. The clothing is exactly as pictured, and sometimes even better. The fabrics are comfortable to wear, the quality is good, and the price is reasonable. If there are any problems, such as incorrect sizing, returns, or questions, Authentic Goth is always reliable and very helpful; they always try to accommodate you. I always feel valued as a customer there.

My package never arrived you guys didn’t even tell me anything about my package they blocked me on instagram so I couldn’t contact them anymore absolutely terrible never again

i asked for a return because the quality wasn’t what i thought it was. and they never got back to me. email, website or anything and no one ever got back to me

These pants are pretty awesome for the most part! The only complaint is that they are a little tight around the waist. Also, I wish these pants had pockets so I can put my personal items in. Unfortunately they don’t have pockets. But other than that, they look great! I love the star design on them, it looks awesome!!! Thank you Authentic Goth for these pants and for being an awesome brand!!!!!
