wondering now if the follow up would be as bad for that unit as well,
What is so difficult in supplying a manuel which currently advertised with all testers.

We tell you the reasons and apologize for that. Now we still want to tell you that we are sorry for wrong price online. And we have replied to all your email, messages after we are back from weekend, and you know about it. Why say no reply. Of course that price is not possible for Autel TS501 pro. Please stop writing bad review like it. And for your vehicles, 2016 chevy cruze ltz with 1.4L engine

2018 volt premier with1.5L engine, we also check on the list but not recommend this basic scanner, you even do not expect my reply and just say "Your website says, it works almost on all cars.", of course we do not write like that. If yes, why I contact to confirm models before shipping. When we explain and refund you, you just said bad words to us and write here.

Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.

Scam. Just read all the good reviews are in broken English, the bad reviews are perfect. Scam site, just look at the prices. Contact autel directly they will tell you these are fake scanners.
