Exceptional build quality and superb customer feedback

At first I was a little apprehensive after reading through some of the Trustpilot reviews and I waited in anticipation for my Autel Robotics EVO II Pro [V3] Rugged Bundle to arrive not knowing what to expect. Boy was I wrong in my initial fear and judgment, the build quality, design and even packaging was simply a thing of beauty, just from the tactile weight in your hand you can tell this is a quality item and probably in my estimation one of the best drones on the market for the price, I absolutely love it straight out of the box, aesthetically its a thing of beauty. I haven't tested it yet but I've heard plenty of good reviews. Before I forget customer service was exceptional and I would like to thank all at Autelpilot especially Sophia for answering all my questions in advance, thank you! One happy customer.

Communication was great

Communication was great, time I had to wait was longer than I assumed due to me not realising it was coming from China. The drone itself looks and feels amazing, yet to test it out but have heard good things. Shipping fee refunded quickly too. If you can wait for your purchase, I'd recommend seller.

Company made a fake review on their site using my account

Autelpilot accessed the account i made to track my purchase of the EVO LITE+, and used it to leave a positive review for the EVO max N4???

what in the seven shades of shady shenanigans is that??

i have sent them a message informing them that this is illegal in the UK under the Data Protection Act but so far have heard nothing back, and am not really expecting to, so it looks like I'm going to have to report this to the ICO and let them handle it.

Update: they have removed the post they made, along with the review i made myself detailing their shady shenanigans, without a single word to myself.
trust no reviews on their site.

Irony is i really like the drone i bought and would have provided a positive review if it wasn't this awful privacy invading identity theft business

I didn't want to buy into the DJI hype

I didn't want to buy into the DJI hype, so I chose the Autel Evo II v3. While I wouldn't say I regret my choice, they didn't have any orange drones left, only grey. They did offer me a free landing pad as a sweetener though.
The biggest issue is that the v3 is actually lacking some of the features of the v2. The change in chipset means that some of the more advanced tracking modes are unavailable, and saving DNG files to the SD card is very slow. Also the marketing guff says that it is a 6k camera, when really it's a 5.4k
I also get the feeling the Evo II is being phased out - it's on permanent discount and accessories are sold out on the UK site.
But with that all said, it's a solid drone, has a great controller, and is fun to fly.
If they could just give better feedback and updates to their customers, I would give 5 stars.

This is a .Co.uk website and when I…

This is a .Co.uk website and when I tried to purchase from them they said they can't send me spare plastic rota blades because it's against china's export law, why have a .Co.uk website if your not planning to ship to britain
