If I could give this negative stars I would. Such a scam, all sounds good at first but once you pay you are left to your own devices with info that you could have accessed for free. Absolutely useless, do not do it.

We appreciated their transparency and honesty at every stage.There were no unrealistic promises,only actual results.This was easier than I expected.

Terrible customer service. Not worth the money. Not personalized or easy to understand. Overall bad experience I would not recommend.

Scam scam, ripoff and don't call you like they say they will. Keep sending you to a portal, that just tells you crap. The Australian Govt should ban them. Grants Assist is the biggest scam yet and backed by the Australian Govt.

They took time to understand our organizations goals and translated into a compelling grants proposal with full support that achieved prompt approval

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don't ever come close to this service. I wish there is 0 star, not sure why they can still operate. Lots of people got this service rip off including me. I have lost $600 like others.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a beautiful lady that guided me through the process and continued to check in to see if I understand. After my payment went through I unfortunately had to cancel due to some unexpected financial circumstances. I contacted them immediately by email and the next day I received a message to assist. They were all very helpful

I lead a community-led initiative and needed funding to expand our outreach. They helped me secure a grant that would allow us increase our impact. I'm grateful for their thoughtful and thorough assistance throughout the process.

The company has been very diligent and constructive in delivering qualitative services and very ready to give prompt attention.

Looking back, I'm so glad I didn't submit my original draft without their help. They pointed out issues I hadn't even considered, corrected them, and ensured the application met all eligibility and compliance requirements.

I was promised assistance with getting guided help applying for government grants but as soon as I paid the fee the sales rep disappeared and the platform just gave me a very broad list of grants to research my own and was not helpful at all.

DO NOT JOIN THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED
