Dell micro pc in excellent condition. Easy to setup, worked straight away. Good price. Happy to trade again.

I had somewhat grim expectations of a “B grade” used laptop (having observed grandson’s machine!) but was very happily surprised. Very good value. I am used to the build quality of Apple MacBooks and the HP Elite laptop is right up there with Apple. But struggling to set up a Windows machine was not so happy. All working well however.

Your promt delivery was good. As it’s a B grade purchase your correct with the blemishes it has. On your next delivery I would be sending a note with it to direct the purchaser to the site for a user guide, that would probably be appreciated by most of your customers. Rigid Policies and Awful Communication!

Absolute nightmare experience. I made a mistake on an order and filed a cancellation request within 5 minutes of placement.
Rather than honouring a standard, immediate request, this store waited 48 hours to decline it, falsely claiming the package had shipped.
The tracking number they provided proves it hasn't even been picked up yet, they just printed a label to lock in the sale.

They are now ghosting my messages. I am incredibly grateful I bought this through eBay, as their team is stepping in to force a resolution. If you buy from them directly, you will have zero recourse. Proceed with major caution.

Clear easy to use website. Fast postage and well packaged. The laptop itself is perfect. Purchased A-Grade which looks and feels as good as new. Excellent service and value for money. Will use again.

Laptop was perfectly clean, with very little scratches marks on its ports. I got a defective charger but i got sent another one very quickly. They're awesome people who sell affordable and reliable laptops!

The guys were very helpfull with my laptop issue, they arranged a replacement and managed to transfer my data as well.

I wanted a simple laptop with win 11 and I didnt want anything fast and fancy. I browsed the internet checking for prices and found this one - refurbished, acceptable grade, priced within my budget. Bought, paid and the order was confirmed . the item arrived within a few days and found only one issue - the connector was very loose and feels like it was going to fall off. It was also a very used connector. I described it to ACT and they sent me a brand new original Lenovo charger. Very please indeed. Highly recommend seller. Good communication. Professional.
