I recently purchased the emotions magnetic face to which I was expecting it to come in a box with a magnetic lid as advertised!
Instead it came in a very box with a face ,magnetic I don't think so.
I would upload a pic.
Also I would expect it came from Australia but no, China with other items ive ordered nothing to do with Australian Kids..
Very dissapointing on many levels.

I purchase a led drawing board in early March
When i opened and plugged it in it made a noise and the cord was exposed, I sent an email with my complaint and sent a video of the damage product, I have resend the email 3 times and I have had no response, waist of money I will never purchase anything again.

Don’t be fooled by the name of the company like I was. Lesson learnt is to review before you buy. Cheap and nasty product. Took ages to come and when it did come I opened the parcel (which was extremely damaged and was thrown in the bin straight away), looked at the product and threw that in the bin as well. The product was to be a gift for my grand daughter. Now I am going to have to buy her something else. I think the cost of the postage was more than what the product is worth. BUYERS BEWARE!

What an absolute joke that australiankids.com is actually a Hong Kong company. The product I ordered was awful quality and I have sent two emails and two facebook messages to initiate a refund but have not been replied to.

Deceiving. You’d think it’s an Australian company- it’s not. It’s based in Hong Kong. The product I ordered did not come as described. Wrong colour, different to the picture, missing vital parts. I would go as far as to say it’s scammy. Fraudulent for acting like an Aussie comp.

The photos on the site show the gingerbread house mini golf has sides and is 3 dimensional but it does not, it is 2 dimensional. The video shows adults in a golf-like pose using a very large candy cane with a thin stick pushed into it to form a golf club. The unbelievable reality is a polystyrene Christmas tree candy cane decoration about the size of my hand with the gold loop still in it which adults must fully hunch over to use after inserting the stick. Order well before Christmas because it took 18 days to come from China in April.
Falsely showing a specials price ending that day but which resets the next day, a practice that Emma Mattresses was penalised $15 million for recently. My review was not published on their site. How about i let the ACCC know instead "Australian" Kids? And if they ever try to charge you $79 for this product my God it's not worth half that charged.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered the Colour Match Logic Game – Interactive Marble Puzzle for Kids & Adults for $15 + $5 postage. I was expecting something I could play with my partner and child, and I get a cheap imitation of the product advertised, which was at least half the size advertised. I would expect to buy this product for $2 from a budget store.

The packaging of an item intended as a gift was so badly damaged it could not be given. The feedback forms do not work. Extremely disappointing! I feel cheated - the company is called Australian kids and it is located in Hong Kong. Very misleading and Dishonest!
Update: I was given a partial refund which has increased my trust in the company to some degree.

Product photos are fake, actual product is so much smaller than pictured. Not worth the money, real product looks like something from cheap dollar store. So disappointing

I purchased a product and sent and enquiry and no one has responded. 15 days later and still have not received my order and no update on tracking for 10 days.

If I could give it less, I really would. Like others, I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased because I have now experienced the disgustingly poor service that this definitely NOT Australian Kids site provides. Misleading in every way about the products that you'll get and the company that they are. Everything on the public face of the site says they are Australian, but don't be fooled. Cheap products sent from China that are received after lengthy delays.
I contacted their customer support (as they suggest in response to all of these poor reviews) and got one short answer that they were were sorry for the inconvenience, were coordinating with the logistics team to verify my order, and would get back to me as soon as they had the information.
Absolutely nothing back from them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

What I thought I was buying based on advertising and what I received we’re not the same thing. I bought the color match logic puzzle. What arrived was about 1/3 the actual size shown in the advertising. It looks like something a child might win at a fair. I wish I had googled this product before purchasing as I have seen multiple reviews describing the same situation. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I wish 1 star was an option. Never received product. Ive been in contact with them and they have tried to reassure me its on the way and sent a tracking nunber. Buts its not moved from " transit " in over 2 weeks. Its been way over a month since I put my order in. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I regret with all my heart that I didnt read the reviews for this company before I purchased anything online. The pictures are AI generated and incredibly misleading. I bought a game, that from the promo video, looked like a high quality, large sized game, but it ended up being this small, cheap plastic toy the size of my palm - the kind of cheap, flimsy toy you find in a cheap showbag. It cost AUD$20 including p/h, and when I asked for a refund, they said they would only give me a full refund if I RETURNED IT BACK TO CHINA myself using a postal tracking system. They offered me a 50% refund, which just doesn't cut it considering how misleading the promo video was versus the actual product that arrived. Absolutely, do not ever ever ever purchase anything from this company. It is not even based in Australia! It's based in China!

Still waiting for my product i ordered for my grandsons birthday which is long gone. Apparently it's still in China and no expected delivery date available. I wish i'd looked at reviews before purchasing from this company and being Australian myself i thought i was supporting an Australian company as their name implies.

I ordered a casting kit at the beginning of February that never arrived. The tracking is labelled ‘exception’ but hasn’t been updated since the 1st of March. I get that things happen, but I have reached out several times on several platforms for help from Australian Kids and absolutely no reply. I have read through other people’s reviews and your response is to ‘reach out to us directly’ … how? You don’t answer your emails or Facebook messages.

I've just purchased a second car as the first was such a hit and other nephews wanted one. Came quickly, in a secured package and price was fair. Will keep this bookmarked for another time.

Website is misleading, products cheap, came in damaged boxes, very very disappointed, the reviews on there website do not match anything that came, the order was also late, for the money you pay you would like they would be better quality, Australian Kid is in Hong Kong, this is also misleading. I would like my money back , super upset customer.

They call themselves AUSTRALIAN KIDS, yet they and their products come from CHINA. The gift I bought was cheaply made and a part was broken.
The are conning people into thinking they are buying Australian, they are disgusting.
What I bought took over a month to arrive, in a cheap plastic Asian marked packet.
