Packaging pleasant enough to look at but, once open, the lid on the shampoo tube kept coming off.
The products appear to be on point but delivery (from Denmark?) was a little slow. Took more than a week to arrive.

From placing my order I was kept informed of delivery date. In fact it arrived earlier, which was great. I love the range of shower/ body washes. So gentle, very delicate fragrance & leaves my sensitive skin feeling soft. Thank you. The facial tonic is new for me, but as medication & health problems have caused breakouts it's really helpful.
