Shipping cost
Shipping cost, did not notice it when placing order, would not have purchased item if I had. I hope the darn thing works so at least I can ease the pain of a sore mouth.

They products were very well-priced
These products were very well-priced, effective, and customer service was also very good. The mouth wash and the mouth gel were really very helpful and cleared up a lot of inflammation that was on my gums.
