My partner is currently dealing with them as we have been waiting over a month for a resizing of the engagement ring, and the communications have been all over the place. After three weeks, he emailed for an update as he was told it would be a fortnight until we had the ring back. They said it was stuck in the waiting line to be repolished, and had the same response when he'd enquired a week later. After another week of waiting, he received an automated email saying they have received our ring and the exchange process will happen shortly... and then another email to say they have received the diamonds for the ring?
He rang to make a complaint today, and they have said there were delays as a diamond became loose during the process, and we should have the ring by next week.
I don't believe a word of it, and after reading other people's experiences, I am very dubious to whether this will be a ring that lasts a lifetime (or even a month).
This was supposed to be such an exciting time, and it has been very stressful having to chase up a company who were so lovely when dealing with my partner to select the design. He feels cheated of an exciting experience and upsold a very poor quality service.
As his fiancée, I want to feel excited to receive my ring, but now am just worried that it will either not arrive, or fall apart when it gets here.

Wonder experience with Austen & Blake. Used them for the engagement ring, and then my partner and I returned to get our wedding rings. Went through the process with us explaining everything, we went for a bespoke ring for my partner and Katy oversaw the process and made us feel very looked after, with quick communication and got back to us regarding any query we had.
