Like any web design agency, the final cost depends on the scope, features, and requirements of each individual project. A 2-page website with additional requirements such as mobile responsiveness, custom design, and other inclusions will naturally differ in price. We regret if there was any confusion around this, and we are always happy to clarify our pricing transparently.
However, we must respectfully but firmly push back on your characterisation of our team's conduct. We have reviewed the interaction in question and are confident that our staff member did not behave in an aggressive or rude manner. Our team is trained to remain professional at all times, even in difficult conversations. The suggestion that anyone was "yelled at" is simply not accurate, and we will not accept that claim without challenge.
Regarding our ABN, this information is publicly available on our website and through the Australian Business Register. We are a legitimate, registered Australian business and have nothing to hide.
