Cheap knock off scam wrapped in high quality advertising and priced high

The product advertised (on FB) as Aussie Comfort Clinics is based in China and sends their product via Yunexpress. The advert and website showed and named a premium product in the hexagonal cushion market, to help with sciatica etc. I paid $70 AUD for a product I could have picked up on Amazon for $20 with next day delivery. It's a scam, its not a 'premium product' its a knock off, the hexagonal walls are thin and collapse and not hold their shape, the depth and size of the cushion is not as advertised.
The company does not respond to requests for assistance or refund. Do not buy from them unless you enjoy throwing away your hard earned money.
