Aussie Wear are in fact scammers in China. They are not in Sydney Australia.
Do not buy from them.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for $60 each and when I received them they were poorly made came from china. I asked for a return and was told that I had to send them back to the warehouse in China and to pay the cost. I told them that they are falsely advertising as being Sydney based and Australian company. I told them I am not sending them back to china but to Sydney still waiting for a reply. Not Happy Jane

I bought shoes from Aussie Wear thinking they were an Australian company, not being aware they were located in the Netherlands. The shoes were cheap and nasty, not Orthopaedic as noted nor were they even close to a 40 my shoe size. I will not buy from them again. To return the shoes I would have had to pay $35 over half the cost of the shoes. I confronted them with this they offed 17% of the cost of the shoes and I was paying the return postage. They ended up after I argued with them giving me 50% of the my full refund of $55. So the shoes are useless and I’m out of $27.50. Never again will I deal with this company. Please spread the word.

Do NOT buy from this company!!! They are NOT in Australia. Quality of goods was the worst I have ever seen.
They offered partial refund (just like all the other reviews on here!) but I insisted on returning the goods for full refund. 3 months later I was still fighting with them - their excuse - “return not received”. I knew exactly where the tracked parcel was - waiting in China Customs for THEM to pay duty.
I am one of the lucky ones, though, through sheer hounding & determination I DID get my full refund.
Do not take their excuses - keep hounding them if you are entitled to a refund!!!!

I purchased a power saving device and recieved wrong item. Was promised a correct replacement and after waiting over a month I was assured a refund. I keep getting excuse after excuse and no refund. I have all correspondence should anyone require it prior to purchasing. I have sent to fair trading and facebook.

I decided it wasn't worth it as who knows whether the package would get there. I thought this was an Aussie company with a Sydney address. Not so. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this so called company which is not in Australia but is in China.

I posted the package 21st November and sent a photo of the package and tracking number as requested to the supplier. 2 months on Australia Post can no longer track the parcel as it has now landed in China and gone somewhere... probably to a dodgy address. I truly feel that this company is not a proper company. I am very annoyed that I was scammed from the advertising I had seen. After quite a few emails, I am getting nowhere. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this so called company which is not in Australia but is in China.

I wish I read these reviews before wasting my money. This is NOT an Australian business.
I tried to return a dress I bought as the fit wasn’t good and the colour is horrid, then I received an email with an address in China; the postage would’ve cost me $20. So I decided to keep the dress and donate it.
Something should be done about this business as advertisement is deceiving. I bought off them trying to help our country. Very bad experience.

I purchased headphones from Aussie Wear based on an Insta advert. When they arrived they were not as advertised, very poor quality and tiny.
I read both the terms and conditions and the returns policy. I requested the returns address from the info@ address and was advised in the return email that the company would give me a 10% refund to keep the goods. I refused as the headphones were not as advertised and was provided with a strangely formatted address in China, ‘door no 2, left of elevator, etc.’
I posted the package to China at my expense and sent a copy of the tracking details and a photograph of the parcel to Aussie Wear as proof of postage.
Four months later the package was returned to my Australian address as unclaimed. I suggest that the address in China is only an approximation of a local address and not a viable return address.
I contacted Aussie Wear and requested that I be fully refunded as the matter had gone on long enough.
While I waited for a return email I started to search for the parent company, board of directors, etc. Nothing about this vendor is transparent or trustworthy.
I lodged a case for refund with my credit card provider but out of the blue I received notification from the company that a refund had been processed.
From reading the reviews on this site, it appears this may be a rare occurrence.
Be kind to yourself and spend your money with reputable sellers. There’s nothing but frustration when dealing with Aussie Wear.

Poor quality and non-functional clothing. When you try to return it's to China at the helpful address starting with "No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs..." Absolutely not based in Sydney, Australia. Don't waste your money.

Cheap rubbish from China, nothing Aussie about it. 100% return policy only if you pay to return item to China plus customs tax, as much as the refund. As others have said, scam company, don’t give them your money.

Purchased shoes on Temu, came from China, cost me $6. They were very small for size I ordered and cheap. Imagine my surprise when I received shoes from Aussie-wear and they were exactly the same! I thought ordering from an Australian company would mean correct sizing and good quality as I paid ten times the price. This company is misleading as they buy from China and pretend to ship from Sydney Australia but you have to pay to return to China. Don’t buy from them, save your money and make sure you are buying Australian.

As others have said before me Aussie Wear does not deserve a single star. Aussie's beware of Aussie Ware. It is total rubbish I feel like I have been scammed. I ordered a number of items, and they were absolute rubbish. The store is advertised as being in Sydney but in fact it is in CHINA. The Quality and Sizing is very poor, and their RETURN POLICY is terrible - you have to send the items back to CHINA at your own cost. A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Scam business, ripping off designs in a cheap factory. Product is nothing like photos and description. You have to pay to return to China for your refund. Don't throw away your money!!

Can’t believe they are advertising shoes on sale for $60 when you can buy exact same items on Temu for well under $20. What a ripoff 🤬
