Very disappointed with this company- ordered the Luxury hair oil Eelhoe, hair growth oil in December 2023, not received order. Numerous emails later no refund no product, despite numerous promises from the company to send a replacement.
Misleading advertisement! Stated on their website bag was made from “superior quality leather”. It was totally fake leather, more like polyurethane. The lining felt like made of plastic. When contacted for refund, AusLuxuryTrends never responded to my email, neither responded through their social media as well (FB & Instagram).
Bought a watch and 3 tops. My watch arrived super fast tracked with FEDEX. The tops took longer as per their website times. Love the cop though! Will be buying from here again soon
