We were so impressed by the customer service. Aurous communicated with us every step of the way. Initially we were nervous that there weren't a lot of reviews online regarding this company but so happy that we trusted the process. The ring is beautiful and couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love the quality of my engagement ring. I get so many compliments on it and it matches to ring image perfectly. The seller was very kind. I was in a time crunch getting my ring and he ensured my he would have it made and to me before I even needed it and sure enough I got it 4 days before I needed it. Very thankful it worked out. New favorite shop!
