Andy at aurelinne has been extremely helpful in sourcing me videos of stones and finding the right stone for me. When you're buying colorless diamonds, its much easier without video but colored diamonds (face up) can vary quite a bit in coloration and tones since theyre graded by looking at the side of the stone. Andy has had multiple videos sourced for me and once I picked a stone my order arrived quickly and it was honestly gorgeous in person. I did return simply because I made a miscalculation in the dimensions of the stone I wanted and I am about to buy a larger stone. Regardless the return process was extremely simple and I will keep shopping with Aurelinne because of Andy!

I just received my Vivid Green Lab Diamond from Aurelinne, 1.51 carats, 9 days after I ordered it. Shipped UPS 2 day air. Looks exactly like the pictures and video on their site and was only $266.40 after the Valentine 10% discount. This same diamond, same exact IGI# was over $800 on 2 other very popular sites. Very beautiful diamond and a new color to add to my growing collection.

Great Service - Beautiful Stone

I purchased a full ring (setting + diamond) from Aurelinne to propose to my girlfriend and this was just a fantastic experience.

First, Andy was super responsive and helpful the entire time. He made sure my ring was able to be received before my engagement on a fairly tight timeline, and I can't thank him enough for doing that.

Second, the prices were fantastic, I bought a 3 ct ring with 14k gold band at a fraction of what I've seen at other places online.

And finally, the ring is gorgeous--it's even better in person than it was in pictures and videos that Andy sent me.

If you're looking for a lab grown diamond, Aurelinne is the way to go.

Was a bit nervous due to never buying a diamond w/o seeing & touching it first-hand, and due to newness of Aurélinne as a company. Was made comfortable by excellent reviews and their pricing was roughly half of what i was seeing at local jewelers. Very satisfied with the value (included IGI cert and serialization in the crown), quality of the diamond matches the ratings (local jeweler confirms) and the 1-week delivery w notifications along the way. 5-Star recommendation based on an excellent experience!

If I could give them a 10 🌟, I totally would! I ordered my diamond on their website at midnight Saturday, then I saw a lower price on a different website. I emailed Andy to see if Aurelinne would be willing to do a price adjustment and they did on Sunday evening! Not only that, I received the diamond in my hands on Thursday afternoon. I wasn’t sure if Aurelinne was legit, but I took a chance and ordered my diamond from there. Surprisingly it came with a reasonable amount of time, the cost affordable for the size and quality of the diamond. I’m definitely purchasing another diamond in the future!
