I placed my order 16 January; today it is 6 February. They don’t respond to my emails and the phone number doesn’t work. When I tried to track the parcel with the order number the response was “Kon bestelling niet vinden.”

I wish I could not mark even one star I ordered 2,pair's of UGG slippers on the 10th of December and I have not heard from them with any updates but yet they have taken my money I have emailed this company several times and no response. This is robbery. They send you some rubbish you didn't order. I ordered leather boots. I paid €50. I got some rubber things that you can get for about €2 at the market. The response is automated email that says the same thing. There is noone to communicate with. The delivery is from an address in China, not from NL. How can we all get together to get our money back. Police? consumer support? they are robbing us.. Their must be something we can do. I have seen now 100s of complaints about this website!!
I am going to write a positive review about this company. I ordered shoes for my 86 year old mother and after i read the bad reviews i got scared. I contacted Aurelia for a refund and also my bank. I am VERY HAPPY to say i received the shoes for my mom and not only did the shoes fit they were well packed with extra soles (memory foam, thinner foam and thicker foam soles.) i guess a good lesson is don’t always believe all the bad reviews.
