i was telling him my situation regarding the cancellation of the subscription as i am stay at home mom and won't be able to pay the due on a monthly basis. He help me solve it by cancelling my subscription and that no automatic debit from my account.

Really Today while accessing the social network i was stopped by an advertising for a Samsung S25 phone with an amazing price so i directly purchase it but un fortunately i Didn't notice that this price was through a membership subscription So when i contact the auraverve.com support, I was Lucky to have Grace as my supporting assistance who was apple to solve my issue directly

I have an issue about someone used my info hacked my bank account used the card to purchase from the website.
Now supporting team are understanding the issue and in tje way to solve the issue soon, hope they will able to assist me.

I have never purchased any items from this website before. However, it seems to be a well-organized company, and my interactions with them have been very good.

Never had an account or visited this website before, yet they charged me 8e out of nowhere! The credit card details were stolen from their clone website skincare4go.com (identical websites, same owners, they use your credit card across both websites at their free will to charge you whenever they want for things you never bought)

Update: They refunded the transaction after opening a dispute through my bank. I appreciate this and improve the rating to 3, still have to take into consideration that these payments were charged out of nowhere without my agreement or without buying anything.
